Please calculate me how many points we gained today. Please tell me what MU did in the game. Please tell me we didn't press well today until the final minutes.

Maybe your expectations were something else from the game other than 3 points... can't help you with that

I am happy we are very close in a CL spot. The young side is learning to win games together. We haven't won MU lately, today we did.

If you want us to win with style I am afraid you need to wait for a while. I am fine with the 3 points and clearly a happy squad.

Most of this young side are not good enough. I can't see a high ceiling when they reach their potential

Reece and cucu bailed out Neto, Palmer, Enzo and Madueke (I don't blame young george).

This was not a good team we played. They should be embarrassed by how they performed.

I think you're harsh on Palmer, he should have had three assists. He may not be scoring goals like he used to, but he is providing our lot with more than enough goal scoring opportunities for themselves.

Maybe, and, if we recruit properly in the summer this will show. Right now Cole clearly can see all the other attackers are useless so we need goal scorer Palmer to step up.

He has the ability to do so, the others don't.

Not a pretty watch - mainly because all they wanted to do was stop us playing.

One bit of quality play from James and Cucu enough to make the difference

They need to give life bans to the twats who ran onto the pitch!!

That had a Man U late goal written all over it even slab head was bolting up the pitch they were dying to ruin it for us, that kid stoped the momentum and let us get back in shape.

We need CL badly I don’t like sh*t housing but think of the points bias refereeing has cost us and I’ll take it any day.

Can't help but feel that United is in deep sh*t if they lose the Europa League Final. As big as they are, I do not believe their resources are unlimited and this is the summer they get a fat reality check for the first time in a long while. They were able to spend w/o a care in the world, but this could be over if they miss out on CL football and they will have to take the dirty route of selling players in order to make funds available. But that squad is filled with bang average players that won't be of much interest for a lot of clubs and United will also have to take care of FFP and PSR rules as well because, for example, selling someone like Hojlund (now only into his 2nd season only) for a loss in the books, gets them into even deeper sh*t. And they have most of their squad in this position. Their main assests are the Academy graduates such as Garnacho and Mainoo, but there is nobody in their right mind going to pay huge money for them.

Spurs winning the Final might just be the best thing for all of Spurs and United's rival clubs as Spurs would probably still keep Postecoglu in charge and no matter if they play CL football or not, Levy will still keep his pockets tight and Spurs won't improve no matter what. Whereas for United it could prove to be the first nails in their coffin and the true beginning of their decline. It's already begun for some years, but now everything is in place to truly have them realize that more than a decade of overspending on average players and completely mismanaging their resources has finally caught up with them. And long may it last! Some big clubs have never recovered from that, hopefully United is one of those, too.

I was worried when I saw the United team. They went a lot stronger than I thought, so we did well to get the win, considering We had all our three strikers out injured and also Sancho and Mudryk unavailable and playing a rookie in a unnatural position. I did not see us breaking them down and was worried every time Amad received the ball so when James did that brilliant assist for Cucurella, that was a huge relief, especially knowing Villa had beaten Spurs as expected. I thinnk a lot of people were surprised to see Tosin play instead of Chalobah. I think Maresca did this for extra height, with the likes of Maguire in the United team and tbh he was excellent. Tosin won all his duels and looked really assured.

Caicedo, again just top class. Sensational performance once again. That run he did in the first half where he collect the ball deep from inside our half and drove through the midfield and fed Palmer, epitomized his whole game.

One more hurdle and is going to be a really difficult game. Let's hope Bournemouth can beat City and Villa's record at Old Trafford is awful. KTBFFH!

Massive win. I thought this would be our hardest game and it probably was. United played a strong team and played well. They faded as they took their best players off.

Spurs to be fair, played a weakened team but actually played decent Almost scored a couple.

I thought that if we can beat United then we can probably beat Forest. Let’s hope for a West Ham win which will put them out of reach.

Depends on the Europa final now. Will United be more motivated after winning the Europa to beat Villa? I think so. Don’t want them being depressed. I reckon they could take points off Villa

Thus spoke Ploks. I agree with @Zeta except for the weird stuff about Cole. I think we will win despite our obvious deficiencies. Hopefully we will have a final day shot at Chsmpions league. If you had offered me that at the start of the season .. ..

We can all learn a lot from Liam.

Yep. One of moment of brilliance amidst otherwise bleak performance.

This is why I want Spurs to beat Utd (which they won't).

Utd are our rivals for success, not spurs and we need them to stay down in the dumps for as long as possible.

Thought that was the most frustrating performance our wingers ever put in. They were both individually awful.

Honestly would rather stick with our current defence if it meant we made a statement signing at wing and at ST.

United fans are completely delusional, at least half of them are anyway. One half seem to have accepted the mess they are in, and the other half refuses to accept it. They still think they are one or two signings away from competing at the top again. I think the only way some of them will wake up is if they get relegated.

Radcliff said they are still paying Dortmund for Sancho!

Tbf we're not far off them.

People keep saying how Utd always turn up against us. The fact is, we are absolutely dreadful and the bad football you see in our head to heads is our level. A bunch of average footballers stealing a living.
