Tuned in last night as I was expecting a decent game. But after a lively start by Arsenal, the game became a massive bore so I switched off second half.

Typical of the modern game - very little excitement with very few bums off seat moments.

Whilst I was watching though, both teams passed it about a lot better than we do. Liverpool have been poor this season but a couple of times, they passed it out from the back with proper movement and players actually running into space to receive the ball. Not like our slow, ponderous, pass, pass & pass again - with no movement and getting nowhere until it finally goes back to Sanchez and then he proceeds to hoof the ball into touch!

What happened to the beautiful game..................?
