Agreed, not a million miles away from how José set us up when we used to beat Man City during his second spell.

A quarter of the way through the game and I'm impressed so far. We've kept it tight and closed down space in the middle third,, restricted them to only one real chance, and have got forward in numbers when we've managed to put the ball over the top of their defence. I feel less like the players are being shoehorned into positions and made to do things that aren't natural to them and they're not good at. Most importantly, operation 'don't let Haaland get the ball' is going well so far (touch wood).

We're doing ok. Admittedly City are playing at walking pace but so far so good

Acheampong been our best player so far, defensively solid and a couple of decent runs into City territory.
