Lampard, no competition!

Due to the goals, and partly due to the fact no one else really stood out - Mata was quiet at first but then came into the game and started to pull the strings. Ramires useless first half but a lot better second. Luiz showed character but passing was a bit off and looked a little bit of a liability (of getting sent off) towards the end. 

 

Gutsy team performance - but Lampard shades it for being the difference!

Stop the sh*te and sit down with this man and sort it out. Well done Frank.

Lampard by a country mile, although Mata slowly but surely improved and I thought Luiz was fantastically solid in midfield despite the fact that he was a red card waiting to happen.

If you’ve clicked on anyone other than Lampard then I’ll have to presume you’re either mad or you have parkinson's disease

Frank was the best followed by Luiz.

Lampard, when he was needed he was there. The defense was very good again today too, especially Cahill.

Frank gets it for the goals, but special mentions to Ivan & Luiz.

Our front four were all poor today.

Given in to Lamps.

Very pleased with Turnbull though, he didn't make any amazing saves but he kept his nerve in a big game after not playing recently.

Could have been one of three players for me. Cech only played 45 minutes but kept us in the game for the first 25. Cahill was excellent and was organising those around him. But I am going for Frank for being our centre-forward on the day and finishing his chances.
