He's as big a reason we have won it as anyone, great season and it would be rather poor to deny him that game IMO.

Yep, I really hope Thibaut is involved when we win the trophy. He's our number one and I thought it was incredibly harsh on him to miss out on the League Cup Final when he was instrumental in getting us there in the first place.

 

Tossing out a pity selection to Cech doesn't change his status as a club legend. That record he's chasing is the most ridiculous one going as well - he has the greatest clean sheet percentage ever in the Premier League and overtaking someone who took almost twice as long to reach it makes it meaningless.

 

He's the greatest ever Chelsea keeper and one of the top three goalkeepers to have ever played in the Premier League. But Thibaut has earned this and I want to see him out there against Sunderland. Give Cech the Liverpool match.

Really hoping Cech comes out to Sydney when we play on June 6th, it looks like if he does play it will be his last Chelsea appearance, would love to be there for it in person.

Bit random that one. I don't even know what to think about that one because he still has a good few years at the top, top level, so this would be an odd choice for him.

Cech can do better than Besiktas, but if it keeps him away from Arsenal then i'll be happy.

If he wants to go there then great, I just hope it wouldn't be him going there for a year so he can go where he wants when his contracts up as I worry he'd choose Arsenal.

Cech doesn't deserve to play there, dangerous league, not his level. His age means nothing, he's still top level, clubs like Milan, Dortmund that need a good goalkeeper should go after him. I don't want him to sign for Arsenal, but if he would have no other option, I will respect his move.

Nope but they did recently agree to become a feeder club for us. 

 

We sold them Ba and now possibly Cech (could even be a years loan, who knows) all about us doing our bit in our agreement.

Even more so if it's where Petr wants to go.

The media are doing their best to push this Cech to Arsenal thing. I honestly think we won't sell to them but the media clearly want it to happen.

Petr Cech has been given the green light to talk to other clubs by Chelsea, according to the goalkeeper's agent.

After a decade as number one, Cech has found himself second choice behind Thibaut Courtois this season as Chelsea won the Barclays Premier League and Capital One Cup.

The Czech Republic international's agent Viktor Kolar told talkSPORT: "Petr has a valid contract with his current club. However, I can confirm that we have been permitted by Chelsea to negotiate with interested parties and Petr has confirmed his interest to play regularly at a top club."

If he joins Arsenal, I'd like to think my affection and esteem for him would remain unchanged, but I don't think I could manage it, especially if they turn out to be serious contenders.

He is a Chelsea legend. He can't defect. Cech to Arsenal would open the door towards Serie A level promiscuity. Where will it end, JT retiring at Arsenal? Wenger managing Chelsea? I say stop it at the first, before it gets out of control!
