What an absolute load of sh*t. Honestly why do Chelsea fans feel the need to denigrate possibly our greatest ever player because they think hazard is better.

@Odiddy I’m not sure how old you are or how long you having been watching chelsea for but I can’t imagine it has been a long time as some of your points are incorrect. Lampard was chased by Barcelona when they were at their peak and Ronaldinho who at the time was the best player in the world tried to get Lampard to sign over a couple of seasons.

I don’t want to start mugging you off cos I assume you are a young lad who probably plays too much FIFA rather than actually watching or playing football it you are well off on Lampard mate and I suggest you get yourself on chelsea website and order some dvd’s Of past seasons.

My Dad talks a lot about Charlie Cooke but I don’t have the same appreciation as I never saw him play as it was before my time

Before the season did you think bravo was better than de gea and courtois?

I was being facetious. Bravo lived up to all expectations, hence why Pep dived back into the market again. He bombed Hart off and brought Bravo in because Brav played the way that he wanted. What he didn't take into accoutn was that Bravo was sh*te

stick by my comments even more now after Ronaldo's sale. We can't afford to lose him, lets hope got a bad small fracture that puts him out till sept and means he can't have a medical at Real

Calling Chelsea supporters disgusting, when you yourself write this bollocks. Move on fella, this site is not for you, as someone else said you're a clown.

Dickywuh is a young lad! I second that. After all age is relative!

@dkw concentrate on being a young lad, and ignore the rest.

This comment from Giordano_Bruno summed it up nicely:

"I'm not talking about loyalty, commitment or achievements. When you imagine Hazard playing football, it always pops out his dribble. When you imagine Gudjonsen, Drogba, Zola, Lampard - there is everything - dribbling, scoring goals, great headers, bicycles, key passes and interventions. Hazard is simply not that complex. Dribble is not = to talent. Period."

How is that proof of a disgusting attitude towards Hazard?

You talk about raw, raw talent (why the double raw btw), but when it comes to results on the pitch, it IS about the sum of everything a player can contribute to get the club the win. Just being a raw raw talent doesn't cut it. So far Lampard has delivered more often than Hazard, and not only because he simply has had more years at Chelsea.

Posting a picture of him in a City kit doesn't diminish that, as he is free to work where he wants and where he is wanted. If anything, it shows your pettiness.

Can you define "raw talent"? It's pretty much up to his dribbling skills which are , undoubtedly top 5 in the world and historically great, but nothing more.

In this instance what dribbles off your pad is arse gravy.

Brian Laudrup to Sportske Novosti: “I spoke to Eden Hazard a few days ago, he is preparing for a move to Real Madrid and it is a good move both for him and for Real. Again in Russia, he proved how good he is.”

Uh oh...

Hazard will be sold to raise stake money for team rebuilding hopefully not debt relief. It’s a shame as he is the only top world class player CFC have. I hope it’s silly money a la Neymar, he has won us 2 prem leagues and a few cups, he cost 32 mill hope he sells for more than a 132.

Real Madrid and Barcelona are interested in Hazard, but, even if he expresses a desire to leave, Chelsea value him over the £200million world record fee Paris Saint-Germain paid for Neymar. #CFC #RMCF #FCB #PSG (Telegraph)

We have leverage with his contract and also have time to convince him to stay with new players. We should be unwilling to sell and revisit it next summer if he does not sign an extension. Even if we are forced to sell next summer we will still make a hefty profit.

What would we actually do with that £200m though?

Unless we can somehow persuade another world class attacker to join us without champions league football, then we may aswell just keep him.

If he goes to madrid, we have to get isco, bale or asensio, in return, or maybe dembele from Barcelona.

Hopefully laudrup is talking nonsense.

Stop talking sense it's not allowed we are supposed to all through are hands up in the air and except fate as some newspapers vying for clicks and attention have said real madrid are interested.

Edit: Especially with Mertens telling Hazard how poorly his career went with Sarri taking over.

Hopefully he won't want to leave now that Sarri is the new coach and Jorginho coming shows that the board are willing to bring quality purchases.

Haven't been in this thread since yesterday, and i just seen a Chelsea "fan" call Lampard overrated, flukey and that his goals scored was just a stat, all because he rates Hazard more......

You don't have to rate somebody higher by downplaying other players achievements you know, and if you truly believe that about Lampard then you probably didn't watch him very often.

I think Hazard is great too, one of my favourite Chelsea players ever and if he leaves i will be gutted, but that doesn't mean i'm going re-write history and say the other players didn't do better for us.

I have always said that Hazard has 3 things better in his game than Lampard. He's quicker, has a better touch and can dribble, i can't think of anything else Hazard is better at.

Hi, I'm new to the forum but reading your comment I think that the 3 qualities you mention are what separate the worlds best from the rest. Even passing ability, shooting and vision. But this is just my 2 cents, everyone can have their own opinion as both were great players in different ways.

Apologies if you are not. Are you and Odiddy the same poster ?  @coco
