I know we were linked with zaha in the January window and made IMO the right decision In not buying him.. but the fact that we essentially have no other wide player apart from Willian and Pulisic is catching up.. both looked tired and labored against SHU.. having played a game every three days at high intensity for a month seems to be catching up..

injuries have not been kind to us.. our only world class player has spent half a season injured and so have both Pulisic and CHO.. Pedro doesn’t look like featuring .. 

this is where Bruno has turned the season for Utd.. but to be fair to them they too had a lot of injuries.. Pogba, Martial, Matic, and played a lot of the season with Perreira, Mata, and their likes.. I think ppl are comparing us with Utd but this should not have been close their squad is much better than us.. and is now showing once they have most of them fit..

He wasn’t willing to take on Norwich’s fullback all game long though; came coming passing back inside whenever he got the ball. The one goal we scored was from Pulisic taking on his marker & whipping in a cross.

Yeah those "defensive shifts" were due to him being poor with his passing, giving the ball away cheaply and running back to recover it. Which he did.

Offensively he offered 1 good cross all game. Pulisic got far less of the ball and still provided 1 assist and almost scored twice, both times making Krul save well.

I want our attackers to work back sure but if they show little interest in attack and have no end product they may as well play full back.

He is a fraud of a winger. His true position is a Wide Right Midfielder.  

He is currently the most complete player in the squad but only when carrying the ball in our own half up to two-thirds of the pitch. 

As soon as he steps onto the final third,  his head probably shortcircuits and picks the worst option available.

No idea what everyone's problem is with Willian, Pulisic aside he has been our best player since the re-start.

Here is what I would ask. How come Pedro has already got a contract sorted to join Roma, but Willian has not?

Is it because Pedro is a better player than him? Not for me. Is it more than Pedro knows his value and Willian thinks he is worth far more than he actually is. Both in terms of wages and years of contract? Yes for me.

I'm not his biggest fan by any means as he lacks end products (goals and assists), and his corners are infuriating.  But reality is he is a quality player with a work rate second to none.  His experience and effort alone earn a place in the squad for me.  With a busy fixture list next season we need four quality wingers, and I hope he is one of the four.

There was a moment vs. Norwich where we lost the ball and Willian tracked back at full sprint faster than I have ever seen him run.  That said it all to me.
