Seemingly the only actual 'source' they're using is that 'like' on Instagram. Seemingly the account has been verified but I'd be very surprised if he actually runs it; quite a lot of the material on there is just sponsor stuff - i.e. stuff which makes money on the back of his name/image, i.e. something the cause of which would be advanced by spurious rumours linking him with an enormous-money (possibly biggest-ever) transfer to the biggest team in the world.

He's got 4 years left to run on his contract and is one of the most recognisable/marketable players around right now.

Varane would be great but he's a first team player and is seen as the next Ramos to the support. Madrid would be bonkers to sell him, they cant replace him.

I doubt real madrid would pay anywhere near our valuation. So it would probably take a big push from hazard if he wanted to go.

If he is to leave, it will of the back of a season that makes him irresistible to madrid, I don't think he's reached that level yet, he may never reach it.

If he goes, then we need to bring through charly musonda who's ceiling is high as f**k. 

I know this is pure speculation, but why would Real needs him? Just look at the players they have playing Hazard's role, unless Perez is just after the next cool thing, they really don't need reinforcement in that part of the field.

You joking aren't you? He's scored something like 7 goals in the last 2/3 games. The guy is still an animal, no matter where he plays. I would take Ronaldo at Chelsea even now, he's that much of a game changer.

You need to watch their games more closely. He scored 5 of those in 1 and in general, doesn't have as much of an effect over there games technically.

watching Hazard this season it's as though he's thinking "I've won the league here, do I have to do it all again?"

his performances and this rumour of him wanting away maybe point to another aspect of the modern game. if you rate yourself as an elite player, you'll want to pick up trophies all over Europe, why spend multiple seasons in one place? if you've won the top prize in England it's time to move on....the majority of players are basically mercenary and loyalty to club, fans or manager is a fading quality

If he can't motivate himself off the back of a player of the year season and winning the league, adding on top we made him our best paid player then frankly good riddance if he goes.

We as fans deserve better from our best players, I don't remember Zola ever offering so little over a sustained period.
