If Conte were to leave I think we'd need a complete overhaul of the squad tbh, I don't think anyone else could make this 3-4-3 work. Ancelotti would most likely return to 4-3-3 etc so we'd need new FBs, new CM, new CB etc

If Conte does leave I can see us struggling without significant investment.

For me I'd hope Conte stays for another year or two, and then if he wants to move back to Italy perhaps replaced by Allegri

Sunday supplement is just a bunch of know nothing cretins who believe their opinion is worthy of listening to, but they are wrong, so very wrong.

They're self serving idiots, some of the things they come out with are ridiculous. Nit to bring up a racism debate but they we once saying there's a problem because there aren't enough black managers in the game. It's like no, it's about people no matter the race, if a persons qualified for a job or good at a job then they get the job. The fact there aren't many black managers isn't down to simply giving black mangers jobs it's about giving the right people jobs. Just an example of the pure tripe they come out with.

I don't think Conte will leave this Summer but I do think he will only do 3-4 years here maximum.

I don't think he'll leave either, the reason the Inter rumours won't go away is because he's yet to sign a contract extension (which he suggested would happen at the end of the season). I'm confident he'll sign, if we have to match Inter's reported 10m per year so be it. He's worth every penny.

He's Juve through and through mate, it's safe to say that he'll never manage Inter.

So!....he could have a pig of a season next season and get the chop...Mourinho,Ancelotti

With our board i`m not taking anything for granted

"bigging up this guy" isn't that indicative of the manager not the board, whats wrong with saying "this guy" is good, whatever teh board do is separate to that.

"I must be honest about this topic -- I think that Tottenham have an advantage if you compare them to Chelsea," he added. "Mauricio Pochettino is a really good manager and is working with his team for a third year."

He's right. Can't wait to see is next season under him with better players and new wrinkles to his system.

Excited for the future under Conte. We've been very good this season, but there's a lot of room for improvement and I look forward to witnessing this team's evolution.

Opposition fans are now claiming Conte will get found out when we are in Europe. First he was suppose to get found out in a "proper" league, then after a genius tactical switch that left all his supposed superiors trailing in his wake the formation was supposedly going to catch him out and allow the others to catch up.

Months on and the formation is yet to be countered (certainly not to the extent predicted anyway) and now apparently juggling Europe is the big test of his managerial capability.

Conte is doing a good job at the moment.

I've never seen a manager being poached by a club after one season. It's not happening, but I agree he'll probably only stay for 3 or 4 years.

Lets just enjoy Conte while he's here! He's already managed Juventus and Italy, the only two teams that has a place in his heart.  Where would he want to go after Chelsea?

Maybe Italy again if he wants to win something internationally or.... Bayern? Really not many places for him to go that wouldn't be a step down. Barca wouldn't have him, I don't think his player philosophy fits in at Real. PSG lol. I can't see him managing Inter or Milan given he's 100% Juventus.

I think he stays a little longer than you predict unless the wheels fall off. He's for sure getting a raise and extension once the season is finished, that would likely keep him here for 5 total. Hopefully when he wins the CL in a couple of years he'll get another!

Little Davey has popped back in!  Good to see you , son, and good to see you still have some interesting points to make, even if it's all a bit wordy, in your trade-mark, almost-grammatical style!  Welcome back.

The media know the title race is over so they have to create some drama about our club.

The only manager to properly 'counter' our 3-4-3, without flukey goals or by parking the bus is Jose. That was going to happen at some stage, Jose's not a total fool and if anyone was going to crack us it was him. Koeman tried to replicate it but failed miserably.

In Premier League, that's a really long career for single team for a coach not named Wenger or SAF
