Following Our Nearest & Dearest Rivals, 2017/2018

Ah, spoke too soon. Napoli get a player injured, their rhythm is destroyed, and City score from a corner. A little bit of luck can go a long way in easing a situation.

If the groups shape up exactly the same, like they're atm, being second in our group is going to be the worst. PSG, Barca or Besiktas and we're definitely not gonna draw Besiktas. :D

It helps they have a competent manager who plays to his strength and can cut out weak links from the team. Seriously

Tottenham were very good ( urgh ) but Real Madrid were poor, especially at the back. Maybe this group of Madrid players have reached a point now where they don't feel as motivated as before.

Tottenham have outplayed them twice in a row now, they will probably feel like they can win it after these two performances. Hopefully the usual Tottenham bottlers show up when it really matters.

I really do want an English team to win the Champions' League this year, about time our honour is restored, just hoping it's us.

don't forget youth, have faith in youth. oh, and no pressure to win anything also helps quite a bit.

Are you implying Conte isn't competent?
