At some point they've got to offer proper streaming of every game. The money coming in through TV is starting to make the money coming in through ticket sales look like peanuts, especially from the teams with small stadia that they can't fill anyone.

It's a joke when the Premier League send out footage to games across the world to everywhere but the country the games occur in (and then go on about how people are criminals for watching games they have no other way of watching).

Offer streaming rights to every game and make the rights non exclusive so we don't have to pay through the nose for Sky + Sky plus + Sky HD + Sky Q + Sky Sports to watch them.

You forgot that Burnley should also have had a man sent off for a knee high studs-up tackle - in the same game in which Cahill was red-carded.

So, if you add in the McGuire handball,  in the four fixtures we've played so far there have been four huge, potentially game-changing decisions not given our way. Note the complete lack of attention to these decisions in the media. MotD didn't even bother to show the Gueye leg-breaking challenge.

I don't know what happened to R. Sanches but he looked like another person compared to the one we faced back at pre-season. What happened to that guy?

If that is their opinion then i disagree with it. They way i see it is if your team is playing, then you are going to want to watch them play over watching a random Premier League game on tv.

Wasn't this one of the reason's why it hasn't worked out for him at Bayern ? He has no consistency. One game he looks like a world beater and in the next game he looks like any other average footballer. Ramires had this issue when he played for us.

A bit harsh, but his possession-based style didn't really suit Crystal Palace.

I expect Roy Hodgson, the man for a small occasion, to fare somewhat better. His old-fashioned 4-4-2 should suit a target man like Benteke down to the ground.

The owner has to stand up and admit he got the appointment wrong. Gave the job to a coach whose philosophy is different to the players he has got available to him. Palace should have won yesterday, missed a few chances, fine lines define seasons. Maybe there is more to this behind of scenes.

No one gave Cahill a break when he got that red card, and he didn't leave his opponent on a stretcher. It's amazing how the Liverpool & United pundits could even argue about the Mane's dismissal. Of course he saw the GK coming, he had studs up and going in full force. he probably thought if GK made contact with him, it's a red card, and the worst he could get is a yellow for collecting the GK. If that's not a red card, players will kick with others at will in the name of chasing after the ball.

Jose really knows how to make friends with other managers. I'd glad he's no longer with us, the extra baggage he brings along battling everyone on and off the pitch are just tiring.

I haven't followed Palace's season at all, but I was wondering what this might mean to RLC. Has he been playing, injured or sat on the bench? I'd imagine the De Boer style of football would be better for his development than Hodgson's.

He played the first game or 2, but has been injured since then I think.

I'm amazed, the board would surely haver known De Boer's philosophy when they appointed him, 3 games in it does not work so away he goes back to old philosophy where they murder the opposition apart from score and they sack him. Can't help but feel he has been badly treated surely a couple of more games to see if he could get results using the old methodology. 

Perhaps you are correct in that there is something else.

Bloody hell, it's only been 4 games !! I actually thought they played well against Liverpool and Burnley and on another day they would have taken their chances, this really seem's like a knee jerk reaction. Wasn't the owner saying they should all stick together only last night on Twitter ?

I agree but this one has it's own context.

There have been multiple examples where players did kick at other players in the name of chasing the ball and at max only a yellow card was given ie the Hunt tackle on Cech, Cahill's overhead kick on Koscielny's face (a graze but still), Renato Sanches' nutbuster in the Swansea-Newcastle game, De Jong's kungfu kick on Alonso. Mostly accidents but you can see that the Mane one is in this context was a red. One of the fastest players in the PL at full speed, jumped and planted studs on the keeper's face. Had it been an inch to the left, the keeper might have gone blind or in Cech's case, a fractured skull. Fine margins and all that

Put it this way, if they had both went for a ball at knee height, the keeper beat Mane to it who with both feet of the floor went studs up into his knee. Thats 100% a red card and I doubt anyone would have argued. So why Mane kicking him in the face somehow means its not a red is beyond me.

You forgot those arseholes over at BT who charge people out the ass unless you buy their sh*tty broadband from them. Always seem to have the big Chelsea games too. The HD picture on sky looks worse than playing fifa95 on a black and white tv and to top it all off, despite paying more than every other bar steward, you don't get the ultra 4K channel.

Said it on another thread but I think I'll say it here also, United look very weak out wide. They have one attacking fullback who's 32 and looks way past it, that could cost them in the long run. Jose seems content with sticking to his old formation despite the change of the game. But I can only see teams doing what Stoke did two days ago, playing it down the middle all the time will be one dimensional, could really bite them back in the ass and Jose has to win it this season for me or at least must be up there. It's been near 5 years since United last won a title, their fans & board will be impatient.
