gary neville and tyler have been pretty abysmal in this game, almost bias to spurs. before we scored neville said something along the lines of "i can't see chelsea getting anything from this as spurs are getting into the game more and more" and redknapp is pointing out the obvious, talking about how alonso took the free kick. anybody could have explained that ffs and they get paid to work for sky sports.

He has been erratic, I knew he would be booked as well, was always going to happen, without his blocks though it would be 1-1.

Well, very survival half. A lot of pressure from both teams, Spurs were more aggressive, more dangerous but we stood it. I think if we will play a little more with the attack, then we can steal a goal or even more, not just to defend.

The game brings a lot, there are a lot of positive parts but also negative, I think we have to come better in the second half. I really hope we will keep our advantage in the second half. I trust in these boys!

We do need a calm head at the back, but I feel we are too eager to win the ball back, by diving in erratically. More composure needed. Christensen needs time to adapt.

WHy are people saying disappointed with bakayoko l, what are you watching? He is doing his job, first game back from a surgery, he is doing fine, Rudiger is playing well, he will be a starter, Andreas isn't quite ready but the experience will help him, he needs to calm down a bit he has the attributes just seems nervous. Morata ok missed a sitter but his cf play to get in that situation was quality, he has been quiet past that would like to see him come back and pick up the ball a bit deeper 

Wanyama is getting bullied by Bakayoko, I love it.

christensen needs time with the team. playing vs spurs in your second game for chelsea isn't going to be easy with the chances they make.

Why not give him a chance first ? Give him a few games at least.

Lets send Christensen on loan to a PL team then moan about how all our promising useful youth are on loan at PL teams. He has the potential to be better than VVD (Might already be) and think of the SELL ON!

End of that half was stress city.

not a fan of playing the overly defensive football, but i suppose getting a win vs spurs today would be bigger than the style. would like us to be a bit more offensive rather than sit back and allow so much pressure.

You're treating him like he's 31 and is in a run of bad form.
We're depleted due to suspension and injury, of course we're going to have to pull from the depths of our squad.
Regardless of his performance this game, he remains perhaps our most promising youngster.

We've got enough holes in midfield as it is.
