Not totally surprised by this line up. Would've preferred Rudiger or Christensen over Cahill, but there you go. Cahill better step up.

 

Glad we've gone 3 in midfield though.

changed my prediction for score. my new prediction is 2-3 win.  

Disappointed to see Rudiger on the bench, his aggression for the game would be a huge bonus for us.

Not impressed with that back three. Rudiger and Christensen have been outstanding every time they've played. They deserve to keep their places.

 

I do rate Cahill & Luiz but they both lost their places due to two ridiculously idiotic challenges so I don't feel they should be walking back in whether they're senior players or not.

 

Happy with the rest of the team though, I'd take a draw if you offered me it now.

Don't like the look of that team. Fabregas in midfield? It'  gong to be a physical game and Cesc can't defend well. Also Luiz should have played in midfield and the back three should have stayed the  same. We will soon find out if Conte got it right or has made an almighty cock up.

We have Kante and Bakayoko.... If we put Luiz for Fabregas in midfield we would lose any sort of creativity we have. Hazard wouldn't be able to get it done alone.

I'm very optimistic this line up will win (would of preferred Rudiger for Cahill) - however, I fear that they will exhaust themselves for Saturday :/

Don't Really get the fabregas point to be honest, in what way would Pedro/Willian in a 3 4 3 be a more defensive option? It's the other way around, kante baka fab results in a more compact and controlling midfield, making it possible for kante and baka to concentrate more on their defensive tasks, which is why I am a big supporter of the 3 5 2,especially against big teams

Fabregas and Hazard ready to supply for Morata. I am excited.

Cahill could go either way in this, experience may shine through or he could have several of his mentally absent moments where he just stands there wondering what to do.
