I've seen some differing opinions both on here and Twitter and was curious just to get a rough view/outline.

Are you really going to offer that third option and expect me not to vote for it?

I guess it's the option for people who are unsure or yet to have a decision.

I don't often call for a manager to be sacked and i won't be now, it's too soon.

I do want change though, i want Conte to change his tactics up a bit and i want us to change formation. If he persists with the same crap, then he can't really have complaints if he does get the sack.

He has a few more options now, can rest Alonso a bit and play Emerson if fatigue is an issue.

Giroud as a target man and part of his job is also to help sort out Morata's finishing, if he could just fix that one facet of his game we would be in a much better position.

I know we lost 3-0 today but I think Andreas' injury had a big influence on that, on the whole Conte's defense this season has been pretty good, he just needs to fix the attack, if he can't do it with what we've got then he's got to move on, we can't have so many goalless games and expect to win anything.

Not so much for our overall season's performance but more our absolute collapses in games such as today and vs Roma. I'm worried about the lack of control Conte seems to have over the squad when things go wrong, and pissing off some of our best big-game players like Costa and Luiz seems even more bizarre in this context. I want him gone.

I'm rapidly losing faith. Thought he had a legitimate grievance last Summer over the Board's inept transfer activities, but he's played a poor hand pretty badly this season.

Thought alienating Costa has proved a disaster. And he's failed to use the squad in the best way. His handling of Batshuayi has been petty, he's alienated Luiz, and he's failed to integrate Kenedy and Musonda into the first team.

Some of his team selections and substitutions have been bizarre and his overly negative tactics have cost us big time.

We're going to struggle to make it into the top four and he's lumbered with a mediocre squad that's partly of his own making given the players who he's alienated and forced out either to be sold or now loaned.

Season is turning into a disaster. Conte isn't entirely to blame, but we know he's going to take the rap anyway.

He's a goner.

I think he's done more than enough last season to deserve backing from the club for at least the rest of the season.

In saying that, I don't think he'll be our manager at the start of next season.

He is a dead man walking. Now, end of the season. Does not matter he will go.

A real shame. He showed with young Andreas such promise but other promising youth he has turned a blind eye to and has excited Diego, luiz and Batman.

I just hope the next one is willing to develop our really talented young players.

I expect to get a lot of hate for this, I backed Jose 10000% even when the results were going sour, I wanted the board to make a statement and side with Jose over the players so player power wouldn't win.

But the more I look at this Conte situation the more I can't help but feel he's looking after himself a lot more than he is looking after the club. I'm not saying every manager who takes the job must be a loyal devout, but I expect them to do everything they can to win things at this club. But judging by Conte's words and actions it looks like he's protecting his stock more than anything, he's trying to make out that the side isn't good enough to compete and he's in a difficult position. When the reality is he's had plenty of money to spend but he's spent it on bad players.

We can't really use the Emenalo excuse anymore, January was just as bad as June, July & August. I can't feel any optimism in his words and I can't help but feel he's losing the players also, every game it's like we are overachieving and the players aren't good enough to do this and that, but he's had 4 transfer windows to fix this, and roughly 400 million to spend at MOST. I simply cannot subscribe to the idea that Conte is harshly done by the board on this one. Okay you didn't get Vidal and you got Barkley, but why are you chasing so many mediocre players in the process? Why did you spend a massive sum on Drinkwater if you aren't interested in playing him and Kante together? What's going on...

I might regret saying this but I'm going to put it out there, I won't be too sad to see him go at this point, I think it's what's best for the club. Hopefully, things turn around in February, January is a month I'll like to forget.

I wouldn't pin the Costa situation on Conte, Costa was not only difficult to manage but he made it quite clear he wanted to leave the club before Conte even arrived. I don't think it was a case of him "alienating" him, I think we got a good replacement for him in Morata despite current circumstances. Even if Diego Simeone came here I wouldn't expect Costa to stay, he wanted out of the league & country entirely.

I've been told he told the club during the off-season he wanted to leave, only to then change his mind after the club cancelled a bunch of potential transfers he wanted in preparation for a new manager.

It's probably no surprise that the Chelsea board didn't want to spend big money backing a manager whose said they want to leave. I too would prefer the money is spent with his replacement when he joins instead.

We have this difficult loop here where Chelsea don't want to back an uncommitted manager who therefore becomes less committed and therefore is even less likely to be backed by the board. It's pretty obvious where this all ends, despite the fact he is clearly an excellent manager.

If we can finish top 4 and either win the FA cup or have a decent run in the champions league (semis maybe?) i would call that a success.

Man even when we lose games is not his fault eh? He really pointed his finger at the board for this sham of a game as he has done for not getting the players he wants. He is acting spoiled. He is begging them to sack him.

If we want to make top 4 I think he has to go. If we stick with him i think we may really struggle and miss out to spurs and Liverpool. Such a shame he started with such passion and promise.

Bang on... And we have seen this all before with Jose...

Sad to say, Conte wants out, and with his blame everyone else culture, and bizzare statements saying he is doing his best with what he has, lts making us look stupid, I don't give two sh*ts if he makes himself look a fool but not when he's our manager, I am sure phone calls would of been exchanged last night between Roman, Gus and Carlo, let's get it done Roman, thanks for last season Antonio but with crap football, tactically inept decisions and substitutions, it's time to face the music

I wouldn't be that disappointed if he was sacked now. It's pretty obvious he's gone in the summer anyway. It all depends on his replacement. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if the board sacked him without having a replacement ready first. That's what they seem to do with our transfers anyway.

Still think he's one of the best about.  He's understandably disheartened and hasn't had anywhere near the support he wants.

Until he loses the dressing room and the players can't get motivated for him, i think he should stay. If he loses the dressing room thats a different story.

Pretty much depends on him. If he wants to stay and put in the work, I'm happy for him to stay no matter the results. If he wants to go however, I hope he does it sooner rather than later.

It' not his fault do you honestly think half any of those players we have signed are good enough?

A bit part Madrid player. 2 Italian nobodies, 2 mediocre English midfielders, bakayoko and giroud.

Non of them are better than Costa, matic,Kennedy, rlc or even musonda

Yet all have been put out that's marinas doing not his

Marina is a negotiator, she has nothing to do with the players we sign. Stop being thick.

Chelsea have a team of people who highlight which players to go after and Conte clearly has input into that, the transfer world is more complex than just one woman who smiles when the deal is done who doesnt have a background in football. In my mind she's done an amazing job (negotiating the fee) - 3 players who will compete for the first team this window under £20m when the market is going crazy.

Conte wants out, he doesnt want to be here next season, that is the only reason I would rather we part ways now. He's been moaning far too much.
