Can we have a claim to starting off their poor period? Since the cup game they've looked trash

Imagine the scenes at the Sky HQ right now: I can definitely imagine all of the sky pundits crying together, embracing each other while sobbing YNWA :laugh2::laugh2:

And lots of excuses to why they lost etc.....

Van dijk, the greatest defender in the worrrrld, missing at the corner for the first and turned his back on the shot for the second.

Very busy giving him all the credit vs arsenal......lete see if they can do the opposite now when warranted........fat fat chance though.

That Sturridge miss is typical of modern strikers, that has to be one of my biggest pet peeves, hit the bloody ball in to the ground as Owen said, why try and lash it in to top of the net, no idea why strikers do this now.

I was so busy enjoying the fall-out from Liverpool I turned over too late to see psv going ahead...only downside is at this rate they won't even have the Europa league to worry about in the second half of the season, meaning they can concentrate on top four race...still funny though

Moura is wasted at Spurs...think he only cost £25m...surprised we didn't make a move for the younger Brazilian and sold Willian...we would have made a profit on the deal and got a very similar player, who is a very similar player but younger

Struggling strikers, so glad we are not the only team having that problem right now. Pretty arrogant of Klopp to rest 5 players going to a must win away game, got exactly what he deserved.
They have Fulham at home on Sunday. They could easily rest players then. Fulham are toilet.

Honestly, one of the worst teams I’ve seen in the Premier League and they were thrashing Wolves 4-0 last season. I think they’ve overspent on average players and from what I’ve read, some of them don’t even like eachother, if they’d kept their core team from last season, they would have fared better. Le Marchand vs Morata next month, Morata will have a field day, awful defender.

I don't know but I can bet they have at least two ex liverpool pundits analysying the game and going into depth how Liverpool weren't good enough then slightly recognising and crediting Red Star at the end then going back into the depth of Liverpool.

Words can't describe how much I hate that f**king club, they're the dirtiest in the game and people don't realise it.

Yeah I can't stand Liverpool, I'll always hate them, but I have a very strong dislike of City lately since FFP was installed, they're dirty and too many are quiet about it. They've also got one of the dirtiest managers in the world and his "Spanish Doctor" who magically heals his players in a week. Guardiola as a player was done for using steroids, he's dirty and it genuinely wouldn't surprise me at all if the City players were on something, the background of that club alone with the Etihad deal and the Sheikhs self-sponsoring pumping hundreds of millions in a season, you can really justify any conjectural conspiracy you throw at them.

I hope this gets out more, I've been calling City out for this since 2013.

I think it's more to do with tactics than anything else. Any team just promoted needs to be a bit more solid defensively, but Fulham are too gung-ho.

I am so glad that Chelsea didn't get Jokanovic as manager like some wanted on here (don't remember who, so not a dig).

Agreed, that’s one of the reasons, Jokanovic to me is a good championship manager, but struggles in this division, he’s a bit naive and a one trick pony.

I googled his managing career since 2007, and it seems he is slowly working his way up. The Chamlionship may be his level, but he may also still be learning. Not everybody is an instant success in a big league. He would have been unsuitable for us tbis season, but who knows how he develops in say 5 years.
