Chelsea vs Brighton (PL) Wed 3rd Apr 19:45 GMT

Solid first half from us. It wasn't just possession for the sake of possession, players were actually attacking the defence for once.

Hudson-Odoi has proven with that one half why he should be starting more games. He has been more direct and threatening than Willian and Pedro have been for months.

Really tricky first half, Brighton packing their box very effectively and pose a threat on the counter. Hopefully we can avoid the token post half-time brain fart and find a 2nd early to kill this.

Sort of game we could use a Fabregas in place of Jorginho for the intricate passing. Azpi's move for the goal was crucial though, and need more of that from him, Emerson, Kante and Ruben.

Promising from Hudson Odoi too, got the assist and he's definitely justifying the first start in the league. Good work rate and discipline to cover defensively too, which is the usual criticism. Sliced shot could've happened to anyone, hope he keeps his head up and smashes home the next chance.

Looking forward to the second half!

I dont want to get carried away but that was a very good half, probably the closest we have looked to 'sarriball' in a while. Passing has been crisp, pressing has been on point, and we actually looked dangerous and in control.

RLC has been on the periphery a bit, needs to get in the box more, and Azpilicueta made a mistake that could've cost us, other than it's been good.

Let's see if we can keep it up and kill the game.

Another goal or assist for CHO. Its almost guaranteed any time he plays more than 40 mins.

I just hope Sarri hasent caved to the pressure for this one game and reverts back to type next game.

When i saw the lineup before the game..i dont think ive been as excited for a very long time. Christensen and CHO need to be playing the majority of our matches. Not just because they are our future, but because they are currently much better than our present. Same with Loftus-Cheek although hes been a bit quiet today and not finding the right spaces.

Looking around for a good iptv provider at the minute. Have used Vaders.ca for a year but they have just stopped as a reseller. Any recommendations welcomed here.

I've been on shiz for 18 months, it's been pretty good to be honest mate.

Thought we were better, some good passages of play and moving it a bit quicker. This team hasn't played much together and not at all in the PL.

On the other hand Brighton are 15th and we're struggling to open them up and still look really poor when we turn the ball over. Either we try to press and win it back up the pitch or fall back, we seem to be doing both/neither.

Emerson had a good half, thought jorginho played well too. The build up to what looked like a pen on Kante is hopefully a sign of things to come.

Need more movement from the forward players but a solid first half.

Good hold up player but Giroud is too slow at times and not in the right space at the right time..
