Ever since the international break Frank hasn't been a fan or Jorginho and now he isn't even starting games anymore and the midfield looks too easy to be overcomed and nobody is organizing the attack nor the defense.

They scored like they are playing kids in a little school yard, can't believe it.

Plus Christensen being weak as f**k.

And our Kepa is too short or timid to come for crosses. What is the percentage of our goals conceded that have come from corners or wide areas? Has to be above half at a minimum. Tibo would have claimed that comfortably.

We can't keep a clean sheet. We can't defend crosses. We have a keeper who can't come and claim a cross. We have a keeper who remains rooted to the spot every time the opposition score. He just stands and stares as the goals go in. Bring on Hudson-Odoi. We need something different.

Lost the game in the second part of the half. Not very good football IMO. Mount invisible and a lot of stray balls all over the pitch. We are in a sort of slump here. Defending that goal we conceded was normal from this season. Way too much space to run into.

Maybe too harsh but I'm not convinced he's any better than Piazon atm

We can't defend I said all the attacking flair means nothing if we can't shut it up at the other end. We need to fix the back quickly esle top 4 is out of the question.

Come on Lamps forget the attacking for now and let's learn how to keep clean sheets

All the attacking flair means nothing if you dominate to that extent and only create one really clear chance and a few half chances. Finger has to be pointed at both ends of park for the fact we are level.

Same pattern so many times this season. We dominate possession and boss games, get one goal and then relax and don't try and kick-on and build on it. And you just know that our defence is not good enough to keep a clean sheet and the opponents will gain confidence and eventually score.

We need to start the second half strong and just hope we can go on to collect all 3 points but I'm not over-confident.

Lampard is a big fan of Jorginho. He's done nothing but sing his praises all season.

that ball was in the air a long time ... kepa should have read the situation and come out for the cross.. there was an overload at the back.. we really need a better keeper this one does not cut it..

We need to score about 3 just to have a chance at winning a game. I think we're averaging about 2 against per game so far. That's just not going to happen all the time and if we continue to be so poor at the back, we're going to struggle to stay in the top 4. Just seems like every ball into the box, either from a set piece or a cross, is a near-certain goal for the opposition.

Since the international break he changed his mind though. His role has gone from a key player to a bench player in a matter of 3-5 games. And we look more clueless against weaker teams.

Blimey, despite all the romanticism of Legend Lampard and the Academy/young players, we are looking increasingly bang average.  We can’t defend and we can’t convert decent possession into quality chances. Becoming increasingly frustrating. Roll on being able to sign players. We seriously need some experience and quality in this squad.

that is one lucky lucky goal, he went to head it, hits his chin, then chest, pings down onto his running feet and toe ended into the net.

It's lucky for sure. Easily preventable at a number of points though.

These are the mistakes of youth and all part of learning sadly. We've got to lift again and get another goal.

It could have something to do with Jorginho playing poorly the last 3 games...

Yes agree. Fix the defence and the attack will take care of itself.

Lucky goal but if he didn't score that we would be saying we are lucky. Ultimately it falls down to bad defending, the usual from us.

we created pressure but my word the keeper needs to come for that.. surely..
