I don’t really like the lineup but it’s better than the last one. No pulisic or alonso. Dave and Emerson very average as wing backs.

Urgh that’s a horrible line up. It worked perfectly against Tottenham but Alonso played a big part, not sure if Emerson will work. 

I put my trust in Lamptey, he's obviously a mini Lampard.

Is Pulisic injured? 

Are pulisic and alonso injured? Alonso was immense against the spuds and was a big part of our attacking play. Also feel a bit bad for christensen seeing as we have 4 defenders yet he isnt being rotated in. We dont seem to keep any clean sheets no matter who we play in there. Other than that i like the lineup. 

Maybe an unpopular opinion but i wouldnt mind batsman starting a few games..hes always a threat, but then again maybe not arsenal away.

I think you answered your own question there. Alonso is good in a 5, Emerson isn't ( not that he is any good in a 4)

That's the concern. We are playing with two wing backs, neither of which can play the wing back role. Against Spurs at least one of them could which gave us support going forward and decent delivery into the box. Delivery into the box against Southampton was awful and I expect similar today.

Happy with the the other changes though. Mount and Kovacic on for Jorginho and CHO makes sense.

I didn’t notice Pulisic wasn’t on the bench, are we having a mini injury crisis?
