This could go either way, as usual a bright start and then a lapse. Or A bright start and keep it going and we could win this. Or an embarrassing hammering. All about attitude lads.

they've played without Vardy until 60 minutes. they were denied a clear pen in the 1st half and were the better team in the 2nd, specialy when Vardy came in.  see them lose in the dying minutes was a gift

Most definitely. Leicester were by far the better team but the villa keeper did his job and kept his team in the tie till they scored their winner..We are going to need Kepa to be at his intimidating best because Leicester are going to rain shots on our goal. It might work to our advantage because Leicester won't park the bus the same way these small teams have been playing us.

It is imperative we keep it tight at the back or this could be a mauling

No doubt for the neutral this will be a good game. Lucky enough to be taking my son to the match on Saturday and can only hope we don't disappoint. Despite my false optimism in front of him I was secretly worried we would come unstuck. That said, Frank appears to be able to get the team to rise to big occasions and this is such an occasion. I can't decide whether them losing to Villa in the way they did will work for or against us but on balance the prospect of them counter attacking is not an attractive proposition. Hopefully, if they are starting to doubt themselves this could be the start of their bad run...

I feel the same about the mid week match affecting our match.

One thing I don't think will happen against Leicester and that is the mis-passes from Azpi, Barkley and Willian just feel they will all be switched on for Leicester.

That might or might not be enough.

If they score first I think we won't be coming back to win it, a narrow win is the best I can picture for us. At this point Tammy's fitness is a question mark so this might be a very hard game but that's fine Leicester have been doing better than us...

looks like Tammy & Giroud will be unavailable, so Bats up top. James out as well. I cant see CFC getting anything from this game but I said that about Spuds away and I was proven totally wrong. Can lighting strike twice ?

Without Tammy we have nothing up front. Team is playing no better now than at the start of the season. Doesn't seem to be a settled lineup and there are no new tactics. FWIW which is not much at all I'd go with JOrgino, kovacic and Kante. Mount had a bright start to the season but has offered little for weeks now. There are 35 ways to pick 4 backs out of 7 possibilities (Dave, Alonso, Rudigier, Tomori, Chirstiansen, Zouma, Emerson) and we are gradually working our way through most of them without seeming to get any closer to the "right" combo. Even more if Reece is included.

On the other hand there is only about 1 way to pick a front 3 from the front 3 that start every week and they are not scoring many goals from open play  in recent times.

So hopefully we will win well.

I will go for a change in formation since lampard can't change tactics and Alonso is back

                     Kepa

       Rudiger.  Christensen.  Tomori

Azpi.     Kante.    Kovacic.     Alonso

        Willian.      Mount

                  Tammy

Think for this one, I would go for speed in defence and also based on injuries to Reece and Tammy,

                              Kepa

Lamptey      Rudiger        Tomori         Emerson

                  Kante           Kovacic

   Willian             Mount             CHO

                           Bats

Bench:

Azpi, Barkley, Willy, Christensen, Jorginho
