Everton trail by 1. Man it is annoying watching the scores of these games and hoping for favours because we keep messing up.

Then there is tomorrow, hoping somehow Sheff United do us a favour, and Arsenal, and West Ham and then Wolves on monday. All cause we could not score against the most offensive side on the league...

Was bemused when Bt sport were scaremongering earlier saying if teams win their games in hand, chelsea will be seventh. Big if based on this season, like they haven’t been paying attention over the last six months. Everyone is dropping points. We were never going to win every league game...nor will anyone else.

Dont worry me one bit. Top 4, Europa, no Europe, makes no difference to me. People say no CL no top signings. I dont see Haaland picking us over his other options, and we hardly made good use of being CL these past two windows imo.

Yeah but part of the reason for that is his shocking recruitment Sander Berge aside.

£115m (the money SHU have spent since promotion) could have got them 5,6 possibly even 7 PL quality level players if they scouted adequately. Martinez, Watkins, Lamptey, Eze and Godfrey could have possibly been attained with that kitty, those five (or similar level players) plus Berge and they'd have been laughing.

I don't follow them closely so I can't give opinion on their transfer, but when we won 2-1 against them, I felt that many of these players are not even pl level.

Big day for us. Let’s hope results go our way. I think we need:

- Sheffield United win (v unlikely)

- Arsenal win

- United / West Ham (but definitely not a West Ham win)

I'm hoping for:

- Not holding out any hope for the Leicester game - can't see anything other than a home win there. Obviously would help us if Sheff Utd could get anything.

- Arsenal to win (well... Tottenham to lose really).

- West Ham to win simply because the Moyes factor is too funny (particularly against Man Utd).

People think West ham will win 😆

They will roll over fir them as they always always do, 4-0 utd.

:beg:

I hate it when the league table forces me to hope a team I despise win :steaming:Football is dirty.

1 up for Leicester. Not a chance in hell Sheffield Utd will equalise.

Sadly you are right. Blades were bad enough before but now they have had their soul ripped out and are trying to play the wilder way without him.

We blew it yesterday, and am tired of always hoping for favours to get us back in it.

5-0 that’s probably the worst embarrassment for Sheffield Utd in their 2 seasons in the PL ?

Message from the players to the board !

And I see agent Ampadu has gone full double agent LOL ... on the score sheet for Leicester today 🙂

Certainly is. Those are very much loyal to wilder and it showed. They ripped the soul out of the club and they are going to end up quote a mess unless they get rid of most of those players. Will take a lot of investment and good recruitment.

Son out with a hamstring

out of 46 spuds goals this season Son has been involved in 37

He is a very good player, blue tinted glasses off. He would improve our attack beyond measure.
