Observations at half time:

No game plan. No visible system. This looks like putting a load of attacking talent together and watching the drama unfold.

No control. No discipline. 

 

Very good going forward, but Southampton's high press is causing us a lot of issues. Kante and Jorginho need to do much better, they aren't helping us out defensively at all. We also need to cut out the individual errors, it costs us way too many goals.

Put him on the RH side 2nd half, take Mount off and put Ziyech on the Left side. In still say we haven't got that muscle in the middle like we had years gone by and that's hurting us defensively together with poor defending.

He’s looked okay for me so far but I think that’s because he set the bar so high last season

we managed to f**k this briliant attacking display in the 1st half with absolute nonsence of jurking it around

Ah... well we could take the game to different way, we can kill them 4 or 5 with our speed and quality in front but for some reason we took our leg off and gave Southampton take control of the game. Havertz must learn from this mistake, he can't do that. 

Werner is on fire, Chilwell is great. Jorginho is looking good with Kante, but Kante's passing ability is awful today. 

Christensen and Zouma are shaky together, Zouma had few good headers but our biggest drawback is in our center backs.

The game is far from being over, we have to double our score immediately, we were looking so good in the first 30 minutes. Let's make it happen, COME ON CHELS!

Started Ok but then looked ragged as the half wore on

Can’t even enjoy the game sometimes as I know we’ll f**k it up. Very annoying

The other way around. Pulisic on the left and Ziyech on the right.

Pulisic is not as dangerous on the right. Timo is killing the Soton CBs.

Havertz was mostly good bar the goal. He is more Ozil than Ballack at the moment. Jorginho could do more but he is in and out of the game. Kante seems like a yard off his usual pace.

Defence was ok and nothing could be done by the goal. It was too fast and too close to goal to prevent

Let’s see how the next 45 pans out, last season quite a lot  when this happened we went on to collapse, concede again get a point or lose. Let’s see if it’s more of the same again and a 2-2 or has the team got the mettle to make it 3 or 4 Vs 1 ?

Unbelievable how many individual errors we produce. There have been good improvements regarding how we are set up defensively but we are never going to be able to regularly keep clean sheets when players giftwarp our opponents goals

Can’t wait to see Ziyech. He’s so good that I’ll be really surprised if he doesn’t manage to bag an assist.

This is harsh. There definitely is a game plan going forward. The defence has just looked shakey compared to the last game.

A number of player look a bit tired. Havertz is still adjusting. Werner looks great as does Chilwell   Kanye’s  passing is off.

We just need Thiago back to give that commanding presence and snuffing out the opposition play.

Christensen has been fine but it's a bit chaotic when we're under attack

Really good for the first 30 minutes but I still feel nervous with this team unless we're 3 goals ahead.

That is true,  ut he is also coming back from injury.

Absolute rip off. They've started doing it for all games that weren't due to be televised. Think there are 3 games for £15 each today.
