Should have been giving longer in my opinion. That's the problem with the so called "bigger" clubs. Every manager needs around 2 to 3 years before they can get near to a squad of their choosing. The bigger clubs give less than the lower to mid table clubs in general I think!  

Yeah have to agree that he should've been given longer, just seems as soon as Tuchel became available they was working on a deal with him.

Good luck Frank, you knew it was probably too early in your managerial career yet also knew you might not get the chance again and went for it.

You did well last season and were struggling this season and may have have turned it around, now we will never know.

You gave it your best that is all you could do.

Good Luck to Frank

All those rejoicing at his departure need to realize that he has left an imprint on this squad which will last for well over a decade at this club. The likes of Mount, Billy, Tammy, Reece, Anjorin and CHO some of which the same fans would've never even heard of prior to Lampard becoming our Manager will carry his legacy forward and do him proud.

Best of luck to Frank. I am confident he'll have a successful managerial career, and will come back stronger.

Unfortunately, the timing of this job was a bit too early for him.
