There is no player above the team, what is the point of this interview in this period of the season ?

If he wishes to leave, show him the door now in January and let's move for a proper striker who's hungry to prove himself and respect the club.

I truly believed he will lead us to glory and bring us some attacking power, but after this statement I'd prefer to play without striker.

Feel so bad for Tammy right now.

Agreed, he is a smart man he has to see he needs to change it for now.

If those quotes aren't taken out of context he's done. 

No player is bigger than the club and those quotes are an open challenge to TT.

He's publicly called out the manager for playing a "different system". He was also not injured at the time as he himself confirms he's fine in the interview that seemingly took place around West Ham/Zenit.

If this isn't controversial then I don't know. I don't think there is any chance we see him against Liverpool. The club wouldn't have been aware of these quotes before they came out now me thinks.

When Drogba went to the ACON in 2010 we played some incredible football without him. His reaction? He came back determined and made sure he could be part of that swashbuckling football and not only did that ended the season pushing 40 goals (would have been over 50 if he took pens).

Rom should have watched us against Leicester, Juve and to an extend Burnley and said "I want to be a part of this football" but instead it sounds like he was more worried about how a working system adapts to him.

He also never said he wanted to leave, it was for sky italy and it was just him saying how much he loved the country and it would great to return to inter in a few years. 

He really shouldnt have given the interview, but it was around 3 weeks ago, since then he has worked himself back into the side, and if there was anything between him and Tuchel, it has been swept under the carpet.

Far bigger issues to worry about at the moment, both wing backs out for season with no real cover, all 3 centre backs that finished the champions league final are about to sign precontract agreements to leave on a free.

You're taking things out of context. He never said anything big nor bad in that old interview.

It's really not. He was interviewed by Inter Tv channel and cleared out the air with their fans which he thought he needed to do. He does play in a bit of a different system but his complaint was aimed towards him thinking that he's ready to play, but Tuchel kept him out a little bit longer. 

That interview was done at the closest 16 days ago, since then nobody noticed that Lukaku is unhappy with the manager or that he wants to leave, if he had any problems like that he would never score twice in the recent 2 games, he would have been like Kane before Conte arrived. Let't not be naive here, the media want's to take things out of context when it comes to Chelsea but we must support the team. What they say and how they portray us isn't what we see during games, at least rewatch the highlights of the games since Lukaku came back, there you won't see any hint of anything wrong between the manager and players.

Matt Law (reliable jurno) confirmed that the interview took place 3 weeks ago. Not defending Lukaku but the context is slightly different knowing this. Apparently had talks with Tuchel since. 
 

He owes the fans a performance vs Liverpool.

Thanks for the link. The interview was taken out of context in my opinion. Lukaku is just about to hit some form and he/us get attacked unsurprisingly now. 

"The interview was for a program called “Inter, scusa se ti chiamo amore”, which basically translates to “Inter, excuse me if I love you more”. 

That translation is incorrect! 

he said: "Inter, excuse me if I call you love" Thats a huge difference. I am sure the rest of the interview is messed up in translation too. 

Chelsea are close to his heart he said previously hence he moved away from Inter and the inter ultras were offended so he is just trying to apologise to them as the interview was given to sky italia apparently a few weeks ago.

I wish i can find the interview in Italian as this was obviously translated by Google translate.

Clearly Fabrizio Romano wants to spin things for twitter hearts. If you look at the comments under his tweets all are mocking Chelsea and saying how Lukaku is finished... There is no real substance in those tweets.
