Why didn’t Foden come on and Mount got a full 90 minutes. He’s our player but he should have been hooked for Foden. There was no creativity or gile.

England should beat Wales and the US should beat Iran and afterwards possibly Ecuador and Netherlands. Very easy path for England to the quater-finals once again.

This is on the manager. We have seen it far too often now with southgate. He is too scared to attack. Can’t understand why foden didn’t come on and.

if USA had more quality, this would have probably been a defeat.

England should be doing a lot of things, but they don't. Southgate holds them back badly.

The interviews by Kane and Macguire were telling. Both said it out us in a strong position in the group suggesting the aim was to not lose instead of win.

For the life of me, I don’t understand why we don’t play more direct, and get Foden on the field. Saka and Sterling aren’t it.

Also, I wouldn’t half mind seeing Tyler Adams in Chelsea blue as a rotational player. He destroyed the midfield — Kante-esque. 

Definitely a better point for the USA than England.

Southgate was poor tonight he must have known the US would pack the midfield, his plan seemed to involve them tiring of pressing and us taking advantage as they slowed down.

Building from the back we were poor, huge media build up for Bellingham yet not once did I see him do a 1-2 with the CB to play out, Rice did once and so did Mount..... very poor from England.

Even worse in the first we won a freekick just inside our half and we had been under pressure do we kick it forward....... no a pass back to the CBS, totally negative. 

In the first half Tripper and Saka looked to be nervous.

Mount was ok though I would have taken him off around the 70m mark.

Grealish won about 5 free-kicks with two being delivered as crosses yet we could not convert.

The USA game plan worked they are still in this, we must beat Wales to be sure of winning the group they best us last time out in tournament football. Now I don't expect this yet they will raise their game for England.

Pulisic plays better for the USA than he does for CFC.

I like the look of Serge Dest and he is not preferred to play at Milan.
