We take more time but we usually do against Palace, even when we beat them 4:0 it took time for the first goal. I'd agree with that. Mount and Havertz haven't showed up yet. Werner definitely looking the brightest of the front players.

Would have thought Mount's improved form after converting from a flouncy haircut to a short back and sides would have been the perfect Brexity fodder that Keane thrives on.
April 17, 20224 yr Ball goes out wide, we pass back to the halfway line. f**king hell, stop doing that!!
April 17, 20224 yr Good work Jorginho - pass was aimed for Anthony Taylor's head but sadly he ducked just in time
April 17, 20224 yr Perfect example there 48:28. Jorginho receives a pass middle of the park halfway in the Palace half, 10 yards of space in front of him, looks, holds, passes sideways ........ gap and space gone.

April 17, 20224 yr We are so frustrating; literally the most inconsistent team! It’s like they all reserve one outstanding performance a month and once that’s used, they put their feet up and rest.

Jorginho has absolute fallen off the face of Earth this year. His drop in every area has been so astronomical that there is not a chance he will be here next summer. Last year was his peak and he’s showing it. Azpi is the same; he’s given everything for this team but he shouldn’t be anywhere near a starting spot now; for his sake I hope he does get his move to Spain.
April 17, 20224 yr Unless there is absolutely nobody in the box, then I never want to see the ball played back to the half way line. What is the point in approaching the oppositions penalty area if you're going to pass it all of the way back? It just comes across like our players don't want to take responsibility. It's cowardly. We have some of the best players in the league at crossing the ball, there is no excuse to not use that strength when we have the opportunity. Edited April 17, 20224 yr by Scott Harris

April 17, 20224 yr This is absolutely horrible. I am contemplating on shutting the TV and going out for a walk.

April 17, 20224 yr How Many Times Have We Had A Player In Space, About A 5-10 Yard Pass To Them, But The Player On The Ball Can't See The Wide Open Player, Beggers Belief How Blind Some Player's Are
April 17, 20224 yr We are a team full of players that don't turn up week after week. They have the footballing ability, but not a winners mentality. This is why they can look brilliant against top teams, but then look useless like today. Edited April 17, 20224 yr by Scott Harris
