The old guard I think won 7 out of 9, we didn't always dominate those finals as well. there is a clear mentality difference.

Tbh I blame Tuchel more than the players today. 
 

His reaction to Liverpools best players being taken off was shocking. Instead of taking advantage, we instead made a bigger shield to defend.

CWC is not a major trophy. 

I do feel we should of given it a last push in that 2nd half of extra time.

We was too negative in that part of game.

I didn’t feel confident about it going to penalties.

And for what it's worth. Mount cost us far more than Tuchel both today and in the league cup final. Missed two absolute sitters in the LC-final and bottled the final penalty today. So there's that.

Losing one cup final to those dipper c**ts is bad enough but 2 is f**king devestating. 

People keep saying penalties is a lottery. Somewhat it is but when u keep losing  on penalties that to me shows there is a mental issue to it too. Not to mention we keep losing to this lot on the same way 

Bla2 not good enough bla2.We played pool here not some crappy team.

A lot of talk we should do this or that. Our biggest problem was exactly as I predicted. It was Kante/kova fitness. It took a while for Kante to get in rhythm and Kova had problem running. 

In the end the result was kinda similar to league cup. Both teams created chances but didn't score, both were dead in et, penalties and we freaking loses again. 

Btw Jorgi or Reece were my motm. Both were outstanding today.

I assumed injured, though god only knows with Tuchel. If he wasnt injured then it's a disgraceful thing to do.

true in the general sense of being a football fan, most don't even see their teams in a final. but our club culture is being brutal ruthless winners and we've taken that on. tbf liverpool had bottled it too in normal time, this final was literally a coin toss but out lack of resilience has been going back a few years now.

Well f**k. Can only imagine the childish melt downs happen here.

It's not anger built from entitlement, it's hurt. Hurt at being the first club in the competitions history to lose 3 finals in a row, hurt at losing on penalties for the 3rd time in a major cup final in 5 years, hurt from losing 3 penalty shoot-outs in a row against Liverpool. Hurt from losing 7 major finals in 5 years and 9 finals in total (super cup and Community Shield)

I think the fans at this moment should be allowed to vent.
