Todd seems to like highly tattooed players. Sterling, Mudryk and now Neymar. I can see this happening.

Personally I would not be against Neymar except that his injury record in recent years is terrible. I can’t see it though. 

If we can't afford the wages of Ugarte how on earth can we afford Neymar?
