I'd take Azpi off. Go to 4-2-3-1. Bring on Zakaria to play alongside Kovacic, sub Mount, move Havertz central. bring on Ziyech to play as a text book right winger, and sub Aubameyang off for Broja.

If Havertz is still doing f**k all by the 65th minute, then sub him off for Gallagher.

I don't understand how an entire group of players collectively don't make instinctive forward passes or shoot at goal.

It's so bizarre. It feels like you could change the entire 11 at half time and still get the same zombie football.

I can't even remember when we lost that Winning mentality.. it's been so long.

Utterly dire. No part of that team is working the way it should with players of their supposed quality.

Football styles go in cycles, you can see so many teams playing a more direct and more physical game. We're trying to play tiki-taka from a decade ago - but we do it so badly.

Reluctantly coming to the view that TT may need to go.

Might be being a bit harsh or reactionary but Koulibaly doesn’t seem up to standard maybe took too long to make the move from serie a.

He was never that good.

Azpi and Koulibaly look like they've just stepped out of retirement. Mount isn't strong enough defensively to play in a midfield 2. Sterling has been utter sh*te. Fofana, Kovacic, Havertz all playing fairly well. Aubameyang has looked promising, but looks hindered by the jaw which is understandable.

We need to take Azpi off, move to a back 4, stick Zakaria on next to Kova and hook either Mount or Sterling to accommodate. 4-2-3-1.

Koulibaly really is a worry though tbh, looks completely lost.

Fofana got taken to the cleaners in a foot race and Aubameyang has f**ked three great chances; two where he should shoot & one where he didn’t anticipate the cross.

There’s not a single player on that pitch playing well.

Havertz and Mount should not be starting in the same team together. It’s got to be one or the other. The numbers simply don’t justify playing two #10’s, if you can even class them as that.

Each on their own is a quality #10, when together they're downgraded to 2 5's.

if we don't turn this around i wont be watching the 9 o clock game

although celtic getting beat would maybe make me a little bit happy

And I got ripped a new one for suggesting it doesn't matter if we have prime Messi in attack. The football is too dull, slow and dire for any attacker to thrive.

Aubameyang could have scored twice in 45 minutes. Prime Messi would have put away those two chances he had.

So let's not overreact shall we.

England Women have a World Cup qualifier tonight  if you want to enjoy watching football again.

Couple of positive things from first half. Havertz looked okay. It seems Aubas presence and movement in early parts probably made it.

Fofana was okay apart from that positional mistake that led to goal. He is a physical presence in the defense.

Anyway it is not easy playing with two new CB's no matter what the opposition. Same goes with Aubameyang, he has trained a couple of times with the lads only.

When our general play is not working all pf these new players in the team won't help.

So we just need the greatest player of all time to succeed? What if Nkunku and Leao come and they too look anonymous? What's your argument then?

We have Sterling, Aubameyang, Havertz, Kovacic, Broja, Reece James, Chilwell, Cucurella, and a squad any progressive coach would be salivating for.  And yet we play as if we’re Bournemouth who have next to no talent.
