Line-up under Potter

Featured Replies

Looks like he also plays 3 at the back. Anyone more familiar with his football got any idea who he's likely to favour early on/long-term?

From the reading I've done, I can see a 3-5-2 of:

Mendy

Fofana, Silva, Cucurella

James, Mount/Gallagher, Zakaria/Jorginho, Kovacic/Kante, Chillwell

Havertz/Sterling, Aubamyeng/Broja

Although, I'd like to see us try a 4-2-3-1 with:

Mendy

James, Fofana, Silva, Chillwell

Kovacic, Zakaria

Mount, Sterling, Havertz

Aubamyeng

I can guarantee, whatever the line up, someone will be unhappy their boy isn't in the team, or is in the wrong position, or was shouted at from the touchline.

Can we all agree to give the manager 100% leeway for the foreseeable, and pile all our grievances onto the players, i'm sick of managers getting the blame all the time.

You can be reasonable all you want @coco, but the manager will be to blame for not putting Carlo between the sticks 😠

Don't know why but I reckon Zakaria may be a winner under Potter.

Far too sensible @coco could we maybe agree on a more possible solution, say instead of the manager we all blame @Munkworth ?

Think Potter will play himself as Seeker and have Fofana and James as the chasers probably stick with Kepa as the keeper.

I’ll pay to watch him in the ‘Tri-wizards cup

Hopefully Potter can turn the likes of Ziyech and Pulisic into world beating 20 goal a season attackers but for some reason I have my doubts

This is getting really OLD now. All the attackers has been sh*t, including the ones that have been starting.

There's no one on this roster that's going to get you 20 league goals a season.

Now if you bring Tammy back, he could potentially get you that 20 goals.
