Doesn't matter how much money you spend on so called WC players, if they can't play as a team you'd just as well not have bought them.  Spend the money on less technically gifted players that will work their socks off collectively and you'll have success.

The previous board never bought the right players. We are now linked to the likes of Guimaraes when we could have signed him before Newcastle got him. I mean the scouting and recruitment in recent years has been really below par for a top club wanting to challenge for all the trophies.
