Sterling has Beckham like free kicks in his pocket, and his dive won us the points today. In this case Poch got it right because we won, but I would sooner see Noni start as well.

If sterling and noni both played 1000 minutes am sure sterling g+a would be higher 9 times out of 10. Noni and angelo / kendry paez will be replacing sterling in a couple years

Kendry does look some player.

We're so much more direct and threatening when he's on the pitch.

I like both of them its a hard decision to pick

Love his direct approach loses the ball but it’s effective and puts teams on the back foot. 

Excellent game. Dovetailed with Gusto beautifully. Took players on and put a real shift in defensively.

Madueke looks a real athlete and is at his best when taking the full back on. Looked great today against Villa, a player who gets you excited when he's on the ball.

Still only 21 too.

Refreshing seeing such good wing play, on both sides no less.

Usually we get Sterling.

Like most wingers, Madueke's form can be inconsistent. But I do like the fact that he regularly tries to take players on, and he also tends to track back well. He seems to work well with Gusto too. 

He wanted it more!!!

If he played like this all the time I wouldn't have much problems with him. Let's hope he can keep it up, the final passes, etc will come eventually.

He will if he gets regular minutes to build up his confidence, match fitness etc. I'd start him over Sterling everytime.

Was much more confident in his game, good performance.

That's just a young player though. Young players are wildly inconsistent. One week they can be amazing, the next garbage. It;s not until they are more experienced that they tend to settle into a more consistent level of performance. Problem is, our squad is almost entirely young players, so you get it every week.

I looked up the term "wildly inconsistent". There was a photo of Raheem "more experienced" Sterling.

Yeah some of them never grow out of it.

That's not fair - he is just a wise old owl, and now he is an old man realised that football isn't that important to him - and therefore he is apathetic to whether chelsea win or not.

TLDNR - he doesn't care enough and doesn't try
