Azpi kept on screaming at Tuchel that there was too much space getting exploited behind him. Personally don’t think he is world class, but what do I know. I also don't think he is world class yet, I think that word is thrown around too often. He's got everything in his locker to be world class when it comes to his technical ability, he just needs to work on the mental side of the game. When he is on it, he's often the best player on the pitch, but too often it's like he takes a day off. He's one of the best crossers of the ball in the game, I don't expect to see him bail out of taking the opportunity when it presents itself. Many times he gets into that position that Azpi used to get into to cross to Morata, but James never plays the cross. He just takes the safe option and plays it backwards. He needs to stop that, he's in the advanced position, make use of it. Even if he's not playing the cross, he should use his strength and power his way through.

February 11, 20233 yr Havertz and Cucrella are disappointing. Havertz especially has been crap for so long.
February 11, 20233 yr Reece James still not over that injury by the looks of it. Struggling to find form

February 11, 20233 yr The Cucurella thing - think he only plays it back as is that low on confidence. Shame, as others pointed out this is preventing Mudryk from being more in the game.
February 11, 20233 yr I'm really not getting that corner routine of putting both Felix and Madueke on the ball as Felix is the one always crossing and Madueke is tall enough to be a threat on the air, should be in the box.

February 11, 20233 yr Cucurella is as adventurous and creative with his passing as Jorginho. Mudryk myst be so frustrated.

February 11, 20233 yr Not impressed with Madueke, he's very lively, but he never looks in control. Edited February 11, 20233 yr by Scott Harris
