Long time lurker. This team really has no team ethic ATM. Something is very wrong.  The culture has to improve all the way through the club. There have been glimpses of what is possible (4/4 City game) but far to much one goal kills the team spirit and fight. The confidence is so low with many players. Potch has a big job on his hands to get some sort of team ethic.

Remove Poch the problem remains and it starts from the owners and sporting directors who thought a team of kids were the answer

Thats the main reason for that crap from last almost 18 months

Shoddy effort all round but this is where we're at at the moment ; vying for position against Wolves Bournemouth Brentford etc. Be a long time til we're up among the big boys again. Anyhoo Merry Christmas all and KTBFFH

Let's look on the bright side.

Nkunku first goal for us! And it gets me 5 points in Zetas league! Woo-hoo!

Don't let it spoil your Christmas guys, be a new year soon and we are two games away from a domestic final. Things can get better  :)

A mostly embarassing performance. We looked like a set of individuals more than a team today. No identity. No leadership. I am sure there will be calls for Poch to be shown the door, but I think the problems lie much deeper than that. We are currently a direct reflection of Clearlake's strategy. A set of mostly inexperienced players assembled with a scatterbrain approach. This is now 4 away defeats on the trot and a busy fixture list ahead which doesn't bode well. Not many positives today but at least Nkunku scored. I remember during similar bad run under Hoddle in 94 we had a miserable day at Southampton around Christmas, with the only positive being a first goal for Stein. Hoping Nkunku can go on a similar run to what we saw with Stein at that time, and it helps us to put a better run of results together. But I am probably clutching at straws 😉

Keeper - ok

Gusto - rubbish

Silva - rubbish

Disasi - rubbish

Colwill - rubbish

Sterling - ok

Palmer - rubbish

Gallagher - ok-ish

Chukumwenga - rubbish

Jackson - comically bad

Broja - rubbish

Mudryk - ok

Madueke - ok

Maatsen - ok

Badashille - rubbish

If I’ve forgotten anyone it’s probably safe to give them the average score - rubbish

I like this new positive Axeman.

f**king abysmal

One awful set of players ,masquerading as a team

Badiashile the gift that keeps on giving

Sterling again flattering to deceive , at least we don’t have him against Palace…how can you f**k up a 3 on zero?

Team discipline is a problem…this can be stamped out quickly by a good manager…Poch is disappointing in many aspects of the game

This club is broken, the new owners have put together a bunch of strangers and expect them to click , we’re possibly 3 years from that, do we have that long?

I'd probably accept it if it were a bunch of quality players with a proven elite manager. But here we have a bunch of mid-table to championship level players being guided by a manager who is only famous for doing the gacon test. The PL is a very tough league and I don't expect most of this lot to survive 3 years.

Sterling OK????????????

It doesn't matter tactic, system,whatever.

Forget sterling brain fart. We had 6/7 chances today and none of them led to shot. This and set pieces defense has been our biggest problems this season.

The 1st problem is player quality problem. It took Nkunku 5 min to get shot and 15 mins to score.

😆 - fair cop!

Started well enough and then faded like the spineless wonders we have become. Wolves weren't even that good and didn't need to be to beat us. Pathetic - mistakes all over the pitch, especially in defence. Played like 11 individuals who didn't know each other. What are they doing in training FFS?

EVERY Wolves corner caused us a problem and yet are corners are so easy to defend. Really feel for the supporters who travelled on Christmas Eve to watch THAT.

Don't want to see Jackson start another game as he's a complete waste of space but he wasn't alone today. Pressure is mounting on Poch and rightly so 'cos that was sh*te.
