One of the players I’m looking forward to seeing at CWC. Santos and Petrovic were getting all the acclaims but I’ve heard Sarr has been quality at the back for Strasbourg.

Called it when we signed him, he was bought to prevent him from going to another PL club. Sure his salary has been bumped up, but there is no long term plan for him here.

Can't agree with this. He is heads and shoulders above anyone else the best young defender in France, and with Konate, Fofana and Yoro all an injury-risk I would not be surprised if he is in France's WC squad. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if he replaces Wesley Fofana for club and country.

Exactly this.

We’ve signed him because he has the brightest future of any of the Frogs and thanks to our multi club model we can do it at a price/wage that suits both clubs and prevents losing the talent itself.

Another unnecessary signing.
