In a normal management setting, he'd be sacked already. 39 goals conceded in 22 games, 0 goals scored since March 11th in PL and CL.

It's a mess for sure. But even there Howe is backing his team, which by including family, makes it an extra level of messy.

Guardiola's always had a brilliant backroom staff. There's a reason City brought in Txixi Beguiristain two years before announcing Pep.
