I was happy with that 2nd half performance, up until the sending off - of a Palace player.

Good performance overall, though we don’t half make things difficult for ourselves with poor game management.

Even with inflation, I refuse to accept that we paid 2m less for Delap than we did for Hazard.

His performance was disgraceful. Acts the big man pushing people over but has actually got no bo**ocks. He had one job. Run around as much as possible and disruption their back line. Did fck all....again.

I think the decline in performance after we made the subs says a lot about the state of our current squad depth.

First back to back wins since November, finally!

Still a lot to iron out, but we are getting there. We do need to stop dicking around at the back at times.

Good win to be fair. Counter attacked nicely at times. Delap and Gittens are somehow a noticeable downgrade on Madueke and Jackson.

Depth just really lets us down.

Garnacho/Gittens/Neto just no where near Palmer & Estevao.

Delap just clumsy and no IQ.

No midfield depth so have to stick a fullback there.

Where did this £2.5bn go exactly??

I think it's more to do with just throwing 3 players on at once and throwing the shape out of the window just to give players more minutes.

That last 20 mins was absolute sh*te….I’ve never seen such a bunch of players that can’t control a game when they are in a winning position as this lot. When will this ownership understand that we need world class defenders not a comedy show every week. The control of the ball by individual players was shocking, at least in my day we had an excuse that the ball weighed a ton and was rarely perfectly round when the bladder was leaking 😂.

You have the options to rest all 5 of James, Cucurella, Caicedo, Enzo and Joao Pedro while playing just 1 player in a position he has not played regularly since his loan in France.

Gusto for James, RB for RB.

Hato for Cucurella, LB for LB.

Acheampong for Caicedo, CB for CDM, Chalobah goes to CDM where he played a season at Llorent.

Gittens for Enzo, LW for CAM, Estevao to CAM, Neto RW Gittens LW all in normal positions.

Delap for JP, as done in game.

How can Delap make Jackson look good ?

Proper shot themselves in the foot. Won the FA Cup, got into Europe, still looking to sell all of their best players. This is why I always say that the model these mid table clubs have of selling their best players always backfires in the end. I wouldn't be surprised if Palace are the ones fighting relegation next season.

Key was Palaces high line. We love those.

Is why most teams low block us

A classic 4231 and no more inverted full-backs. Bit more stability, but still we have a shocking set of center backs. This team would look way more better if the board would understand that a couple of quality, proven central defenders would instantly improve the team.

This should be the start of Estevao as a regular at this club. Hope Rosenior and everybody around him understands this. No more 70 minutes now and then two matches on the bench. It's time Estevao locks that right wing position and starts most of the matches.
