July 14, 201511 yr Some sites say we're in a battle with Man United for Nicolas Otamendi. Good player but can't see it, He would have to replace Cahill and can't see him being too happy about that.
July 14, 201511 yr valencia want 50 million apparently. i don't see how we would pay that considering we turned our backs on signing sterling for similar fee.
July 17, 201511 yr Apparently Monaco want rid of Jao Mouninto. We should go for him..quality player. where will he play and who will pay his 300,000 euros a week wages?
July 17, 201511 yr So apparently were after Romagnoli from Roma, a centre back. Looks like we're hedging out bets with stones.
July 17, 201511 yr So apparently were after Romagnoli from Roma, a centre back. Looks like we're hedging out bets with stones. Romagnoli is fantastic, I'd prefer him over Stones to be honest.
July 17, 201511 yr So apparently were after Romagnoli from Roma, a centre back. Looks like we're hedging out bets with stones. Can't say I've heard much bout him, I know rugani is very highly rated though, do they play together for Italy u21? I read a couple of weeks ago we were interested in Umtiti, who also looks promising. Quite a few good young centre backs available at the moment.
July 17, 201511 yr Romagnoli is fantastic, I'd prefer him over Stones to be honest. I take it you watch Serie A on a regular basis. Please, tell us more about Romagnoli. Thanks
July 18, 201511 yr I take it you watch Serie A on a regular basis. Please, tell us more about Romagnoli. Thanks Having seen Cuadrado and previously Nastasic, I'm not sure if I want us to sign anymore players from Seria A (Pogba excluded).

July 18, 201511 yr I take it you watch Serie A on a regular basis. Please, tell us more about Romagnoli. Thanks I got to see him a few times last season when Sampdoria were on BT and the games he played at the U-21 Euros this summer. He's very composed and solid on the ball for somebody so young, him and Rugani are going to be a hell of a partnership at CB for the Italy national team for years. Stones is very good though and I would be happy if we signed him, I just feel for the price Romagnoli would be a better option and I think will become a better defender too.

If I had my way, I will NEVER sign anyone from that sh*t league, Serie A! Never! Loka t what Salah did to them! And then you have the anorexic, Cuafrado, who was a terror for Serie A defenders and has come to the BPL and looks like he has never played football in his life.

Calling one of own players anorexic is not cool. In fact using that term in a derogatory or offensive manner is not cool.
July 19, 201510 yr Serie A these days is Juventus......a long way......Milan, AC, Fiorentina, Napoli. But there are some quality players. Team Italy is miles miles ahead of Team England for some reason.
July 19, 201510 yr Calling one of own players anorexic is not cool. In fact using that term in a derogatory or offensive manner is not cool. Big Blue - Don't give him the time. Whatever knowledge he has is ruined by dim witted or offensive comments about our own/former players. The guy is basically a troll Edited July 19, 201510 yr by AndyBlue82
July 19, 201510 yr I think the attraction to Romangoli is that he is left footed. So important to have someone suited to playing on that side. My issue with Stones is that it would give us 4 right sided centre backs and only JT to play the otherside.

My issue with Stones is that it would give us 4 right sided centre backs and only JT to play the otherside. For this reason I was keen on Umtiti, who knows zouma well at international level and can also play left back. I don't think it would make too much difference though, as the majority of players are right footed, most of these right footed centre backs will have grown up playing on the left.
July 19, 201510 yr I think we have a few players that don't play to their full ability at Chelsea, maybe because they lack confidence in themselves, or feel that Jose doesn't have full confidence in them. To me schurle, cuadrado and Sarah are all a bit like that. They try too hard in their minutes on the pitch. Cuadrado for mine was just starting to relax when he got injured at the end of last season
July 19, 201510 yr Apparently Monaco want rid of Jao Mouninto. We should go for him..quality player. yeah he is a quality player, I wanted us to sign him before he went to Monaco, he would need to take a massive pay cut to come here. So apparently were after Romagnoli from Roma, a centre back. Looks like we're hedging out bets with stones. Romagnoli is fantastic, I'd prefer him over Stones to be honest. yeah I'd really like us to sign him, he has absolutely massive potential and I think he'll be a top class centre half. I would be over the moon if we signed him or Stones tbh.

And then you have the anorexic, Cuafrado, who was a terror for Serie A defenders and has come to the BPL and looks like he has never played football in his life. Well that's nice of you to be derogatory towards an entire league mainly based on a player that you have seen play 312 minutes of football.

A sh*t league that is probably going to take a European spot off us next season..... Edited July 20, 201510 yr by Scott Harris
July 20, 201510 yr Take it you wouldn't want us to sign Pogba then? And remind me, which team reached the Champions League final last season?
July 20, 201510 yr Two other players heading out of Stamford Bridge appear to be left-back Filipe Luis and winger Juan Cuadrado. #CFC (Telegraph)Despite only joining Chelsea in January, Cuadrado will be allowed to leave for the £26m the Blues paid Fiorentina for him. (Telegraph)Juve are interested in taking Cuadrado back to Italy with Allegri confirming they are in the market for an attacking midfielder (Telegraph)
