March 2, 20242 yr Every big money transfer, we fail. Maybe those kind of transfers will give us Azpilicueta's style players.

I'm assuming Musiala has no interest in joining us or we'd surely be all over him.

March 14, 20242 yr 4 hours ago, Sconnie Blue said: Is that how it works? With a sell on? Well reportedly we have a 20% sell on. So if Bayern sold him for 80m they'd have to give us 16m. Therefore if we bought him for 80, they'd also have to give us 16m.
March 15, 20242 yr You guys know no-one of that quality is going to come to a team without any european football and finishing midtable consistently, right?
March 15, 20242 yr I don't rate Musiala seen him a couple of times playing for BM. I'm not saying he is talentless just that he is selfish on the time I have seen him.

Verdict is still out for me on Enzo, Caicedo and Mudryk. Havertz scored the UCL winner and we got back £64m? Don't think that is too bad. Lukaku and Torres were bad for different reasons. Was shocked we paid so much on Fofana after a double leg break............. Kepa was bad. If Nkunku and Lavia do not recover that will be bad too. Though a good number of the bad stuff was under RA?

Only players on there id consider awful signings are: Lukaku Fofana Werner Chilwell Sterling Havertz and Morata whilst being generally poor, we've at least sold and mostly made all the money back we paid for them, and they provided some decent moments Enzo, Caicedo, Mudryk, Lavia, Nkunku, Cucurella, Palmer, Disasi are all pretty new, but I like all of them and i think they'll come good in their own way. Some of them of course may struggle to live up to their full pricetags, but they'd still do a good job for us in the long term I feel Jorginho and Kovacic were world class for us a lot of the time, no issue with their pricetags especially when they were key in helping us lift trophies. Recouped some fairly decent money back for them as well and they were never on insane wages. Torres, Pulisic, Werner and Kepa They had great moments and overall were okay but didn't do enough to live up to their pricetag and got sold for pretty cheap (in Kepa's case, will get sold for cheap). Pulisic especially there was a good player in there, but our awful medical department ruined him, seems to be flying for Milan and outperforming Leao majority of the time. The same Leao some of our less intelligent fans were crying to spend 100m+ on 😂 Werner we got a big chunk of money back as well, Pulisic a relative sum. Torres was a huge loss and Kepa looks like it'll be the same
March 21, 20242 yr My dog put one past some ragazzi playing in the street the other day. She's a Westie, so Scottish, but happy to betray her roots and front up for England and undergo the necessary transformative surgery. Her price? A Bonio biscuit. Get it done, Winstanley and Stewart.

March 22, 20242 yr We could spend 140M on two players again? 😅Who are these guys, I don't have the latest FM to look them up. It sounds like an April fool story comes 2 week too early.
March 23, 20242 yr All this is media hype to cast us in an even worse light. "How can that ship of fools be contemplating spending hundreds of millions again when they are on the brink of PSR sanctions. They must have total disregard for our football authorities. When they get sanctioned they should have the book thrown at them for thumbing their noses at our governing bodies." Yep, let's not rise to this bollox, linking us with every big money transfer for clickbait. Note we are never linked with cheap buy out clauses or free transfers.
March 25, 20242 yr I'd be in favor of Antonee Robinson for £35m. Honestly feel like it would be a clever signing. Been consistently good for Fulham and USA. Tall, fast, good on both ends, can dribble himself out of danger. He's arguably been the best LB in the premier league this season. Best thing about it, he seems well durable. Edited March 25, 20242 yr by Sconnie Blue
March 26, 20242 yr Agree, A Robinson is the type of smart signing we should aim for, rather than going for unknown 18 year olds, or 100M+ players from Brighton. How old is he? We seems to play the Too Old card pretty hard under the new regime.
