There was no way he should have shot from that angle... Would have been ridiculous to attempt that.

I thought he did tge right thing then, wasn't really in a good shooting position.

Watch again, he had 2 opportunities to shoot, he should of taken the first , but he fainted, and then the angle was too tight, so he pulled it back.

I disagree, he didn't have the space to do anything like that until he made it and by then the angle made it impossible. He took the right option, just didn't execute it.

i don't think Lukaku had the World Cup experience he was hoping for - maybe that'll help bring him back down to earth.  He could still turn out to be a good quality front man and goal scorer but his game has it's weaknesses. Not sure Jose will want him around while he works on it though.

Why wont he just shut up? Does he not realise that he has a contract so he doesnt actually hold any power. If we want him to play for us for the next two years then he has to.

We should sell him to the highest bidder. However if guys like the Southampton lads are going for £25 odd million then I don’t see why we cant get around 20-25 for Lukaku.

I have severe doubts if he will ever reach his early potential with a mixture of arrogance and stubbornness that I see in him. I just don’t think Jose will put up with a boy like that who thinks he’s a great player when in reality he’s just a decent young prospect at the moment.
