This summer is going to be awful for us, i fear it. Mourinho has already come out and said he wants to keep cuadrado, so if that's his signing i wouldn't be surprised at all by this costa signing unfortunately.

Looked like quite a hard chance from what I saw, keeper covered most of the goal and he had the smallest of angles to get the ball into. Could very easily have hit the keeper or missed.

If true, best news of our transfer window so far. He's probably going to be Shaqiri's replacement - one average squad player for another. I hope to god people don't change their tune about him just because Bayern are interested.

A lot of Bayern fans I know are a little underwhelmed by this transfer but I'll save my judgements for when I see him on the pitch.

Saw the Bundesliga highlights last night. Douglas Costa looks fantastic.
