Nah the team should be ashamed after that first half. Hopefully Jose is telling them so.

Who do we sub first - Willian, Ivan or Cahill? All 3 have had shocking games.

 

All looked so good after the first 15 minutes although even then, the danger signs were there. We are making Hull look like a decent attacking side right now. Our defence looks shaky every time they attack. Jose has some half-time team talk to give today.

Ramires was actually pretty good in my opinion, despite me criticising him a fair bit but Ivanovic and Willian are an absolute disaster and Cahill is too scared (on a yellow) to get tight.

 

Carragher with excellent analysis of the Courtois error. Ivanovic's ball back was underhit and the Hull player closes him down well. His touch was awful but he should NEVER be in that position.

 

 

What a f**king shame we're not talking about the great attacking play of Hazard and Costa. The bottlers are costing us.

In that case I would say they both should share responsibility. They both made wrong decisions under the circumstances.

I wouldn't mind jose playing ivan at CB, but he's not a f**king RB! We have a RB, and a bloody good one at that, sitting on the damn bench! It's crazy how Azpi is the one getting rested when it should be Ivan. What is jose seeing? Maybe he wants to be fired because we don't become this sh*t overnight.

 

I wouldn't mind if we conceded while going for it, but we just can't retain possession at all any more and Willian may as well be sit down on the sidelines because he's w**k on that RW. I'm pissed off and frustrated! I can't understand us any more, what the f**k has happened since the start of 2015? 

Really disappointed right now, we just look so vulnerable, it's almost as if we have declined as the season has went on, quite gutted.

Cahill was dropped for making a lot less mistakes than Ivanovic has made this season. You can't have your favourites, if you do, you will get performances like we are getting from Ivanovic.

In my opinion, obviously.

Harsh words but you are 100% right; worries me that everytime Ivanovic screws up (which is every game) we look for another culprit. Usually it is Cahill but today Courtois is coping the flak, it is Jose that should be held responsible IMO because he keeps starting him.

I think we'll still come back to win this but I think some of us are failing to see the obvious facts. We are in first place with a team that isn't as high quality as some of our squads in the past when we had world class talent all across the field.

Brain dead 11 on the pitch today.....how many ways can we throw the title away...and that is about the only thing they are doing right now.  Need to steady the ship at half time and take control of the game by keeping possession and dictating the pace....Hull are doing that quite effectively at this moment. If we do that we can still get 3 points today, play like the first half and I'll be happy with a point...ffs.against Hull and I am hoping for a point....how sad is that?

I've played keeper, and if I tried to dance around a striker when I had the opportunity to boot it out, I'd be a goner.  The pass wasn't great, but the keeper has to be ready for that and he actually had the opportunity to clear it.

I agree mate but you'd both be equally hounded by the gaffer, awful pass by the full back and ridiculous attempt to go round the steiker by the keeper.

why isn't courtois in the same class as cech? cech has made plenty of clangers in his time, many even worse than the couple thibault has done all season
