He was utter cat piss last night I thought, scored a goal yes, but we had a tonne of attacks created by hazard and pedro that broke down because he has the touch of a rapist and cannot dribble. I'll have mixed feelings if he leaves this summer, but if we get a replacement who has better ability on the ball, a lá Morata, i won't shed too many tears

Yep, that sums it up for me.

Early part of this season he was often the difference between 1 point & 3 points. But as we all know, since January he has been pretty much toilet, despite a few goals lately. Last night he jyust kept running into trouble and giving the ball away time & time again. Really frustrating but thankfully it didn't matter.

If he goes we mill miss what he does offer and his presence but I'm confident Conte will identify a striker who is a better fit.

I'd be okay with him leaving, which I'd say is almost nailed on now for the summer.

Give him the ball in the box, with nothing to do but shoot and he will get you goals. Ask him to receive the ball outside the box and watch 99% of attacks break down.

Now he's saying he may not go to China. Obviously there are better strikers out there but I'd be disappointed if he left; 20 goals this season despite being toilet since January is pretty great and if he signs a new lucrative deal with us and gets his head down I feel he could be very important for us next season with champions league football, certainly more experienced at that level than Lukaku

If we can have the Costa back that was playing for us before Christmas then I'd love for him to stay. But I'm not convinced that's gonna happen.

Costa was very frustrating last night. Kept on losing the ball, and runs into 4 or 5 defenders and tries to bulldoze his way through

This is the most frustrating thing about him. He is not a great footballer. If he stays between the posts and concentrates on scoring goals then he adds value to us but last night he kept trying to dribble and take on players with his head down, telegraphing everything he did.

Interestingly they said he is now on 20 goals which, don't get me wrong is a decent tally. But for the level of maintenance that he entails I wonder if Conte would think he could get a 20 goal a season player without the histrionics. If you are at Ronaldo levels I suppose you can suffer the ego, but if Morata or someone like that can match him for input I can easily see Conte cutting his loses with Diego.

I always want the best for the team but if he can't keep his head down when we look set to win the league I don't want him here last year I could understand it but with conte at the helm and everything going well he still wanted to div about and rock the boat f**k him the teams bigger let him go and bully some lesser opponents in China sounds right up his street!
Thanks for the service Diego used to love you but just think your a cock now and hope we get a nice price for you

I worry he'll turn down an offer for China and hold out for us to sell him to Atletico for less.

If they sell Antoine then they will have more than enough cash but I would say that's the one move he can't get as it will set a scary precedent at our club plus for him being such a dick we should return the favour and teach him to never bite the hand that feeds you

Both have.

Inter have been bought outright I believe whereas AC Milan now have majority shareholders.

Damn sh*t. Now expect these 2 to have a renaissance. Juve, PSG, Bayern, Barca, RM will be at the top anyways. City look to be going in the right direction, United are throwing insane money on the likes of Pogba, Poch is making spurs look like a threat. We shall be there there-abouts.

All in all, would be hell of a CL in a couple of years.

Ohhh, when did this happen?

Italian league resurgence perhaps?

I think Inter's takeover happened last year and Milan's happened only last month.

Because both clubs have been on the outside of challenging for trophies for a couple of years I don't think they'll be competing for really big names just yet but they'll be sure to be in contention for players like Monaco's Bakayoko maybe.

Will be interesting to see another league financial competing again and might make the Champions League really competitive again within a few years.

I think he might end up at Inter with Simeone.

Simeone pretty much confirmed that he's staying with Atletico Madrid next season.
