We missed him today, but I don't think much would have changed had he played. The whole team were off the pace, so he would likely have struggled too.

He adds more energy to our game, he has the ability to steal balls, win in the air and show threat to the opponent. His movement is excellent which leads our players run behind him inside.

Giroud showed nothing of that tonight.

The real issue is the 2 back up strikers - they are both not fit to lead the line, Batty is a 3rd choice striker at CFCs level.  so when the ban is lifted has to be at least Giroud replaced with proper competition for Tammy. 

Another goal, another win. Man of the match, sadly got injured again it seemed. He simply needs to be healthy, otherwise I don't see us winning many games.

Such a good player, I hope that injury isn't too bad, he walked off this time at least... 

His stock has raised since his disappearance last game, we now know how important he really is. We can't afford to even miss one game without him. 

His game is improving all the time. He looks a player.

I never thought he would be as good as he has been, he's taken me by complete surprise. I thought he wasnt ready for the level he is playing at, but now I would be disappointed if he didn't grab 20 league goals this season, that is how good he has been.

His Premier league stats show that when he shoots on target he has 50% chance of scoring a goal and almost 50% of all his shots are on target. A striker that doesn't need more than 2 chances to score is a perfect one they say.

For a 22 years old that's amazing efficiancy and I dare to say, unlucky that he hasn't scored more goals in the league so far!

He's getting very strong with his back to goal in the centre circle, using his body to good effect and laying the ball off, a lot of times with his chest, it's a great skill to have in the locker, Drogba was king of it.

He's getting better and better. His all-round game and play with his back to goal is really coming on.

I think his goal record since Wolves has actually been pretty meh yet no one's really picking up on it.

That's the biggest indication on just how well he's doing.

Proper centre forward performance today his impact on the game was massive he's growing and getting better just needs to now start giving those performances more and more

ive seen costa struggle phydically against spurs, so it was great to see tammy more than holding his own. 

I fancy him to break his top 6 duck against arsenal, to really put a shine on this half season. 

Great performance without scoring. From the super cup and first part of the season his hold up play and layoffs were his weak points. Today shows he is learning and working hard to become a better player.
