You’re forgetting the fact he only turned up for half a season too.

November 2, 20196 yr Some really good centre foward play from Tammy today. Good hold up, a great finish for his goal and a good run for his assist.
November 2, 20196 yr Good finish today but even more impressed with his movement and assist for the Pulisic goal. Wasn't convinced by him at the start of the season, even a few weeks ago I was thinking he wouldn’t make it as a Chelsea player. However week in week out he is changing my mind about him and it not just the goals but his whole game has improved. His hold up play, his movement, his passing and he's able to mix it. Brilliant.

Even the games where he isn't scoring in he's playing well, that for me made the difference. There's one thing I dislike about strikers is that sometimes their goals overshadow their performance. In today's game a striker needs to do more than just score goals, the poacher is a dying breed. But Tammy despite not scoring for 4-5 games played really well in them, he's even doing things that we bring Giroud on for, it's no wonder Giroud has barely had a sniff in the team.

November 3, 20196 yr I love the fact that he is banging goals regularly, but boy, his overall game and connection to the others is what really makes me smile. Even if we cut his goals to half, I wouldnt have any problem, he is playing that well. The only thing he should be working on is his stamina. Minute 60 seems to be his limit for now. November 3, 20196 yr Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if he ends up winning the golden boot. He's the real deal.

November 5, 20196 yr I'm clearly in the minority here, but I still don't rate him much. He scored a load of goals in 3 games against some of the lower clubs in the PL and has done pretty much nothing since then. Doesn't win much in the air, his hold up play is very hit and miss. Of all the youth prospects being phased in at the moment, he is the one I have the least excitement about.

November 5, 20196 yr Definitely had a stinker tonight sadly, and that's nothing to do with the own goal which certainly ads to it, his attacking play was really off the mark.
November 5, 20196 yr i dont know maybe i was watching a different game.. but i dont see the stinker that everyone is talking about.. He DID Not once lose the ball generally held the ball up well.. hit the target making the keeper work..... had one good chance but nothing more... our Wingers were too keen to tuck in.. while Fbs till James came in abysmal with their crossing..
November 5, 20196 yr Shocking tonight, had a couple of big chances but then again Bats comes on and misses a chance that any striker would kick his nan over for. Just a bad day in the striking department for us unfortunately!
November 5, 20196 yr Not his day today. Scored an own goal, missed decent chances and was the reason our winner was disallowed. Must of run over a black cat on the way to the match.
November 6, 20196 yr As a striker he had a bad day. As a player he did well, he pressed, he stole the ball in Blind's red card, got one assist and could had 2 assists if Azpilicueta's goal wasn't cancelled. He still has a lot to improve, but I can be happy with having him playing.

Your'e right, stick him on the bench and lets play Michy up front, then in the summer go and splash 100m on someone decent. Criteria.....must make Zeta excited.
