I don't think there is a team in the premier league that moan more than spurs, they can't take being tackled.

Bunch of fairies. Just like their supporters.

Yep. Such a nice man. Sad but inevitable.

He never seemed like he had it in him to be a winner and you kinda got the feeling he got lucky last season. But he deserved that bit of luck - alas it run out.

Ranieri sacking I feel was inevitable and maybe too late to save their season from relegation. They have been on a downward spiral and I think last night might have been 9 defeats in a row. To leave it to after the next leg will have seen another 2/3 EPL matches which now with a 'new manager boost' they may gain a few points.

If they stay up or go, I couldn't really care.

Spurs never let you down a bottlers who then resort to thuggish tactics. Tramps.

It has to all be a bit embarrassing for English football though...Tottenham getting knocked out by a team scraping by in the Belgian league, in the national stadium no less! Of course there's also the tradition of Arsenal getting smashed by Bayern, leaving United and City. Still, I'll gladly make an exception for Spurs, couldn't have happened to a more petulant team.

I'm hopeful we can make some good signings in the summer and show them all how it's done again :laugh2:

Tottenham in Europe.

2017 - Europa League last 32 defeat, 3-2 on aggregate to Gent.

2016 - Europa League last 16 defeat, 5-1 on aggregate to Dortmund.

2015 - Europa League last 32 defeat, 3-1 on aggregate to Fiorentina.

2014 - Europa League last 16 defeat, 5-3 on aggregate to Benfica.

2013 - Europa League Quarter final defeat, 4-4 on aggregate, 4-1 defeat on penalties to Basel.

2012 - Europa League out at group stage.

2011 - Champions League Quarter final defeat, 5-0 on aggregate to Real Madrid.

2010 - Didn't qualify

2009 - UEFA Cup Last 32 defeat, 3-1 on aggregate to Shakhtar Donetsk.

2008 - UEFA Cup Last 16 defeat, 1-1 on aggregate, 6-5 defeat on penalties to PSV

2007 - UEFA Cup Quarter final defeat, 3-2 on aggregate to Sevilla.

That is sh*t.

Their 2 best moments in Europe in the last 10 years have been losing 4-3 to Inter Milan and knocking AC Milan out of the Champions League in the last 16. That's it. Pathetic really, probably more pathetic than Arsenal. Put Tottenham up against any decent European team and they will lose.

Judging by their record, I always assumed they drank bottled water.

c**ts area that needs carpet bombing.

Really poor timing by Leicester to sack Ranieri now, either sack him after the last league game or keep him until the end of the season. Conte must be getting a bit nervous now, managers of the chasing packs must be thinking ' I  rather have my job for another season'

Only football related story I struggle to believe could actually happen was us winning the CL that year. That was movie level hurdles overcome. And then as a result it kicks spurs out of a qualifying spot? Puling my leg surely.

Coming back against Napoli believable, but the bit where you come back from 2 nil down against Barcelona with 10 men is pure fantasy

Even the final. Everytime I watch highlights, I feel it doesn't make sense. Such a low probability comeback.
