What Carragher said about CHO post game just showed what a complete c* he is. Isn't using contract as a leverage against the club to get an advantage what don't want see it football, this is why you have those agents making loads of dirty money with the leverage, and club being held hostage over transfer deals? I'm sure if he's talking about a Kop player, he'd talk about loyalty and honour, YNWA crap. he's a f* embarrassment on Sky.

CHO played well, can't expect him to turn up 8/10 every game, he did his part and looked threatening everytime he ran at Creswell

The spitty vermin said exactly the opposite when Sterling was leaving Liverpool, he`s an absolute grade a c**t.

I don't think from an offensive view point he played that well yesterday but was very disciplined going the other way, which is probably why his game times further increased of late.

Guess he should also say that for Salah when Madrid come for him.. because for all the talk of a big club.. Liverpool has one lucky champions league to show in last 25 yrs..

but i think he is just stupid and is trying to sell his name as a pundit.. a very average player and even worse on air..only person worse then him is Tim Sherwood at the moment..

Tough game for him yesterday, at such a young age it's not surprising he still looks raw.

He needs to learn much more, but he'll do it extra quick if he keeps getting in the 1st xi. Lacks total concentration and determination, can sometimes give up on things easily, when things don't go his way he gives off the wrong body language, when he misses a chance he gazes at the grass, head down shoulders slumped, and ponders, when everyone else jumps back to it.

Hope to seem him play out the league campaign and give him chance to learn ready for next season.

Good call by Sarri to show confidence in him away in such a massive game.

Regardless of yesterday, should still be ahead of Willian and Pedro imo. A poor game against the second best team in the league shouldn't discredit him.

Only because those two haven't done much themselves. Genuinely very poor yesterday. No ambition, no running. I think the pressure really got to him

He's demanding to be in the first team, he needs to step up now and take it. That's what Rashford and Sancho did , they weren't charity cases.

Last two games hes not been good enough. All this talk about bundesliga, but Bayern munich won't start him if he plays like that every other week.

Bayern Munich never have to play a team of Liverpool's level. They're playing the teams at the level of Burnley week in week out. He's cruise into the Munich starting 11.

Ask Utd fans and Rashford has had more poor games than good ones in his 2nd season. As for Sancho he totally disappears in the big games; you wouldn’t believe he played 2 weeks ago when Bayern mauled them.

You expect most young players to be inconsistent but you keep playing them.  Gnabry at 23 is just showing some consistency for Bayern 5 years after he left Arsenal.

That’s something he could learn by watching Pedro. If things don’t go his way or he’s having a sh*t game he at least keeps trying and working hard.

CHO is allowed a bad game. But he's had 2 in a row after begging to be a starter and being given that chance. Rashford had more good games than bad when he got the opportunity. Same with Sancho.

There's no reason why he has to be a world beater. He needs to take that chance now its been given to him and from what I can see, he isn't.

I'd play him for the rest of the season in the league, but would I play him at Old Trafford or in a EL final at this moment in time? I am not sure.

Someone needs to remind him how he put in a transfer request to be a starter at a top club and he's not exactly showing himself to be yards ahead of Willian / Pedro.

2 bad games in a row? He wasn't great yesterday but was good against West Ham.

In fact, after checking Whoscored to see if my memory was playing up he was rated 7.66 in that games. https://www.whoscored.com/Players/350088/Show/Callum-Hudson-Odoi

Lets throw him under a bus after a bad game, should be supporting our young players . Still rather him then pedro and Willian

The German league ain't as competitive as the EPL, he will easily be a top player there

I'd say he was bad yesterday (worse than Willian) and he was average against West Ham since Eden basically saved us by himself. But I'm not one of those fans that get excited about a lineup just because him and RLC are starting and I will never say things like "we look better" because of it despite us struggling creatively like in so many games this season.

I also watched a few Bayern games this season and I have to say there is no way CHO gets past Gnabry or Coman, if he doesn't even perform better than Willian. So he will be in for a reality check if he leaves Chelsea.

We concede our first goal because Willian doesn't jump for a free header against Fabinho. At least CHO can get at people, genuinely can't think of one thing Willian did yesterday, other than make space on the edge of the box and still fail to hit the target with his shot.

Gnabry has looked good but CHO gets in ahead of Coman with ease, there's a reason they were willing to spend £40m on him.

No one's throwing him under a bus, however given he handed in a transfer request and fans want him to be a starter then he should get assessed as one and by those standards he wasn't good enough yesterday, not even remotely close.

Well, others have said that CHO should've been there to watch out for Mané, because Dave was already watching Keita. But since this goal was definitely a group effort with them building the pressure and us doing nothing at the start of the second half I wouldn't single anybody out. Don't get me wrong, CHO has potential.. but that's about it at the moment. He is not better than Willian or Pedro and personal preferences shouldn't matter when you want your best players on the pitch.

No way. Coman is A LOT better than CHO at this moment. Bayern just wants a young alternative since it's the last season for both Robben and Ribery. I'm telling you, he won't get more minutes than he does at Chelsea and there also won't be any pressure on the coach from the media and fans because of it. CHO will be in for an unpleasant surprise if ends up in Munich next season.

Yes, and we need to be OK with the mistakes he will make because he is 18.  He can't be the finished article, and we can't treat him like he should be.  Time for Sarri, Zola, etc to be a coach and review his performance (both the good and the bad) and make this a learning and developmental process.  Coaches gotta coach......

Nothing to worry about his performance.

Playing against the best team in the league and a team that played in the CL final last season isn't easy and acceptable. Especially when we were defending since the first minute.

Sarri should keep playing him until the end of the season.

But what's the alternative?

CHO struggled to make an impact away from home against the team with the best defensive record in the league.

Willian and Pedro meanwhile were abysmal midweek against Prague.

CHO didn't have a great game yesterday but he was always going to struggle. He looks best when he can get to the byline and whip in crosses to the centre forward... Biggest problem is, we didn't have a centre forward.

I dare say including games with the academy you could count the number of times he's played in a false 9 set up in a competitive match on one hand.

This one is one Sarri for me. Hudson-Odoi got into good positions, but he was isolated. You could see that he wanted to put a lot of crosses into the box, but he had absolutely nobody to aim for. I also think it didn't help that Azpilicueta was so deep most of the time that he couldn't support him going forward.

His inexperience showed yesterday, but the only way we can improve that is by keeping him on the starting line up.

For his ability, I don’t think there is much he could have done yesterday. Only Hazard looked like creating something and he’s one of the world’s best.

Let's hope Sarri doesn't destroy the kid's confidence but not starting him again.  Sarri has already missed a good chance to give him a confidence boost by basically saying he wasn't at all interested in his England call up and first caps...….

We have no idea what Sarri says to him. Just what he says to the press.

Sarri can't do nothing right. He's made CHO a first team player this year. First team.

CHO keeps his place by default. But that's not what I want from a player who publicly demands he is good enough to be a first team Chelsea player. He should keep his place because no one's taking it off him.

I suspect he won't be a Chelsea player in 18 months time anyway.
