Admit to being pleased with us signing him. I think he's a good player and I hope he's a success for us.

Fair point, Arsenal have brought in very high quality players to negate that though, obviously not quite to the same level as Sanchez but they’ve done well with the two they’ve brought in.

 

Liverpool - I agree, VVD very good player but doesn’t link to having lost Coutinho, having said that they have a lot of attacking talent & have the guy Keita joining in summer so maybe a calculated risk to sell him when his value was so high and hope this guy can fill some of the void left.

Wouldn't surprise me, he seemed to love Arsenal, but he would never play with Auba coming in.

For the price it’s a pretty good signing, as a stop gap I’m happy with it. If it gives Morata a kick up the arse it’ll be worth it.

Thierry Henry is Arsene Wenger's Yesman number one. Doesn't bother me what he says. 

Okay, this made me chuckle, look away if you ain't caught up with Game of Thrones:
An Arsenal fan wrote this in regards to getting Auba:

Signing up for Chels is like going to confession, all your sins are forgiven, in this case he's forgiven for playing for that lot and scoring against CFC. Now he's in blue hope he scores a sh*tload of goals and puts AM under pressure to buck up his ideas. My only tiny critique- please OG lose the hipster beard, it blows.

I think the club have been contacting my mother when it comes to signings, we seem to be signing all of the players she finds good looking
