That's always the problem when you rest too many players against a team like Lyon. Good strike by Fekir though

Must have thought it ws a CFC player to get a red like that ahhaa

I read about the incident and it was reported as a hair pull..... he literally just puts his hand on the top of the guys head.  I hope that red gets rescinded and I suspect it will ... Ronnie going back to MUFC in the CL.... that goinna be a big money maker!!!

Manchester City are the first English team to lose four consecutive Champions League matches in the competition's history.

How’s that for a stat? Especially when you consider how much they’ve invested!

In addition to that they've actually lost 5 of their last 6 games in the competition.

People are saying Ronaldo's red card was never a red card, but he clawed the top of the guys head. Yes, it's weak and you will see much worse red card offensives and a lot of them will go unpunished, but what he did is still violent conduct.

He's not a victim here and his crying and super fans shouldn't change things.

Ronaldo in tears after getting sent off. Talk about an over-reaction, and a petty one at that. It's the first group game not the f**king final.

I guess that’s what make him one of the all time greats though. Doesn’t matter if it’s a final or a kick about in training, winning means everything to him and he demands the best from himself and those around him.

Can't really see anything in the replays that was worthy of red card though.

As far as I'm concerned he deserves red just for being a vain twat.

I like that with my job as well. Always crying in the office. That's why people respect me and value me as a colleague.

Or conversely blubbing over the fact you will miss the match at Old Trafford against your old pals because you acted like a spoilt, self righteous pr@t by having a hissy fit over nothing = tw@t.
