Jorginho is.... (well now was) a Blue

Jorginho had a decent finish to the season and has had a very decent tournament.

However, if it does turn out to be an Italy v England final, I am sure England will have done their homework and we all know how Jorgi isn't great when pressed and put under pressure and I can see England (and Mount in particular) giving him a torrid evening.

Let's hope anyway.......................

I can come talk about socks here for a bit of relief or we could repeat the same two arguments for another 145 pages?

At least the Jorginho conundrum has finally put an end to the seemingly endless ‘what if we’d never sold KDB/Lukaku/Salah bollocks!

P.S. @moi constantly lambasts us in the random chat thread for talking bollocks, feel free to join her every now and again!

Define "constantly" please.

@ozboy when Barca wake up and realise that you absolutely have to send promising young 18 year olds out on loan, I do hope Pedri goes to Norwich to play alongside Gilmour.

Barca is generally a bad example to use.

Pedri and Fati are exceptions to their usual rule, look at their last generation, all bar Messi slowly bled in in their early 20s. Iniesta, Xavi, Puyol, Busquets, Pedro, Valdes are all examples of how silly it is kneejerking when players aren't bonafide starters as soon as they're out of nappies. Infact only the first two made their Barca debut before their 20th birthday.

Once every 4/5 weeks apparently!!!

I think you are due another one soon.

Yes this is too much. The harassment I suffer on here is unnecessary and uncalled for.

Imagine how Jorginho would feel if he bothered to read this thread

Often thought about this, if players went on to forums to check out what fans thought. I’m sure they are well warned against it but the temptation bound to be there.

Some may even have been tempted to join. I reckon Jorginho might have been @Malta Blue, that why he lost it and @Gol15 is definitely his brother.

We came to the conclusion that @Gol15 is Jorginho long ago so not only does he read it, he contributes!

Never saw you as a delicate soul @Munkworth.

I used to easily be put in to a downward spiral mentally - hence the constant dicking about and not taking life too seriously.

A blanket policy of always sending young players out on loan is deeply flawed at any club. There are so many variables involved, each case is different. Not least the quantity and quality of players in front of them. And, of course, the skillset of the youngster being loaned out. For example, do we have a midfield player who can pass the ball like Gilmour? IMO absolutely no. Yours opinion will be different.

Do you really believe that Gilmour is our best passer, like for real?

I'm just one of the few that saw the quality in Jorginho when most just went on aboard the hate bandwaggon, nice to be on the right side of history there...

Saw it in the mirror, Jorgi boy! Funny how you post this minutes after there’s a break in the match!

In terms of his range of passing, speed of passing, vision and creativity. 100%

You will too in time gol.

Class of his own tonight. Without meaning to offend people... If you cannot see how gifted he is as a player then for me you simply don't understand football.

You have to appreciate sometimes he will have a poor game (WBA at home for example) but he isn't the person to point the finger at if we cannot break down low blocks. He truly is a phenomenal player.
