yes, i don't get why he's being criticised again tonight on here.

I think he's been totally fine tonight. But for the money we'd have to pay he's just not worth it and not what we need.

The Germans are embarrassing us. In our defence though it’s probably full of day trippers and out of towners.

Or fans like Just who had to drink heavily to try and erase the memory of what Spurs did yesterday and are now suffering too much.

The top end of the PL & a team looking to be in the CL every year. There’s a reason he can’t get near the Madrid team and was on the bench for Croatia in the final. He’s exceptionally gifted at ball retention and keeping the ball in tight spaces but IMO if we’re going to spunk 40m on a player - he is definitely not the player to be doing it on.

not sure. perhaps not 40mn, but he has the ability to play at the top, i think. it was maybe a mistake to go to RM so early in his career, as he has lacked match practice as a result. i think he can improve. tonight he has been more effective.

Huge credit to Sarri - He has made RLC who he is now. Mourinho and Conte couldn’t figure it out.

Dare I say Sarri will make RLC world class. What a monster.

Can’t agree more with you in this one. I was thinking exactly the same during the first half. RLC is unbelievable a different player that I saw when he played for us a couple of seasons back. He needs to stay fit and Sarri appears to know how to handle that (despite all the moaning about not playing him earlier).

He still has no end product even when he plays in the LCM attacking role that Ruben is now in, Kante has a better output than him. If we could get him for £20/25m then I’d take him in a heartbeat but Madrid will want to make money on him.
